The part about paying off the national debt of Canada in the title was not a joke as you could easily see from my 2006 campaign writing......

but I have the impression that some influential people want a supply chain crisis and a spike in prices for less than entirely ethical reasons!?

I have written that there are two necessary factors to create a time of hyper inflation.

The Nova Scotia real estate market is interesting lately... to say the least....

The year-to-date average price is comparable in regards to increase, as it was up 30.3 per cent compared to the first six months of 2020, coming in at $358,291. With home prices surging, buyers are looking to jump in on the market while it is hot. This has led to 2,165 new residential listings added to the market in June 2021 – a 21.8-per-cent increase compared to June 2020.

While new listings are increasing year-over-year, they won’t have a positive impact on market conditions unless they outpace demand. For Nova Scotia, this has not been happening. Active residential listings at the end of June 2021 were down 28.2 per cent when compared to June 2020, totalling just 3,136 units. While this may be the highest number of active listings in the last seven months, it is the fewest number in the month of June in more than 15 years.

With just 2.2 months of inventory left on-hand at the end of June 2021, the Nova Scotia real estate market is desperately in need of a surge of new listings and a decline in demand in order to balance this tight market.

What’s to Come for Nova Scotia Real Estate?
While vaccination levels are rising each day, many are hesitant to say that the COVID-19 public health crisis is behind us just yet. With real estate prices continuing to rise across Canada and restrictions remaining tight in many major markets like Quebec and Ontario, it is expected that more out-of-province buyers may continue driving up the East Coast market. Coupling this with low supply, it is expected that Nova Scotia property prices will continue to rise as 2021 draws to a close. Side-lined homebuyers may be waiting until 2022 for that highly anticipated market-cooling.

According to a 2017 study by Statistics Canada, which is the most recent measurement, non-residents owned 3.4 per cent of all homes in Toronto and 4.8 per cent of residential properties in Vancouver. A National Housing Strategy is Needed
A recent RE/MAX Canada survey found that close to half (43 per cent) of Canadians believe a national housing strategy could one of the best mechanisms to solve the country’s affordability crisis. A different RE/MAX Canada report discovered that 42 per cent concede that the high cost of housing was preventing them from entering the housing market, and 48 per cent were concerned about their ability to afford a home over the next two years.

I do have a theory as to WHY perhaps Robert Strang M. D. might NOT in the past have told YOU the following information:

IF Robert Strang M.D. has NOT told you this information then my guess would be that he may believe you might be like a child and

I just heard some wonderful news from a high profile lawyer in Ottawa that I take to mean
that I cannot be laid off due to my vaccination status.

This lawyer says that an employer in Canada cannot put an employee on administrative leave for not being vaccinated.

.... all at the same time that we set in motion an Alternative Theory on Stabilization of the Climate that fits with The Abraham Peace Accords initiated by President Donald J. Trump and his family......

Dear Friends,

Three months ago, we wrote about how a new future was beginning to open up for one of the best-known orcas in the world. Her name is Tokitae, but she’s best known by her stage name “Lolita.”

Tokitae has been living in a very small tank at the Miami Seaquarium since the year 1970, when she was captured from her family in the Salish Sea, off the coast of Seattle.

But things began looking up for her in March when the Miami Seaquarium changed hands. The new owners, The Dolphin Company, retired her from public display and made it known that they would like to explore options for her future.

To help with this, a new non-profit organization, Friends of Lolita, was formed by philanthropist and environmentalist Pritam Singh, together with the Whale Sanctuary Project’s Executive Director Charles Vinick, who agreed to serve as a volunteer board member.

It’s an object lesson in how the process needs to work for any whale or dolphin.

Our first recommendation to The Dolphin Company was that they invite independent veterinarians to conduct a comprehensive assessment of Tokitae’s physical and mental health and behavior.

The company agreed to that, and last month veterinarians Dr. James McBain and Dr. Stephanie Norman began that assessment and are now issuing monthly reports on Tokitae’s condition.

We greatly appreciate The Dolphin Company’s transparency and its cooperation. It’s an object lesson in how the process needs to work for any whale or dolphin.

Ever since Tokitae was taken into captivity, there has been strong pressure by advocacy groups for her to be returned to her home waters.

Whether that’s possible will be determined not only by her health, but by the concerns of federal government agencies. That’s because Tokitae and her family are members of an endangered population: the Southern Resident Killer Whales of the Salish Sea.

Whatever her future may be, the Whale Sanctuary Project has prepared a complete operational plan for the transfer of Tokitae or any other captive whale to a new situation.

Last year, we began discussions with other marine parks and aquariums regarding whales who could be candidates for our sanctuary. These included how a similar process could unfold at Marineland Canada in relation to the lone orca Kiska and to any of the approximately 40 beluga whales there. We look forward to continuing these talks, so that when the sanctuary is ready to welcome its first whales, those first whales will also be ready.

3. Draw attention to both of you as candidates.....

4. Suggest that in the last two weeks of the leadership race that you Dr. Leslyn Lewis may perhaps ask your supporters to switch over to Mr. Pierre Polievre because he deserves a lot of credit for holding P. M. Justin Trudeau to account for his actions especially of these past three years!

I live about one hundred miles from an area of the world that I strongly suspect is in the position of the proverbial "canary in a coal mine" as far as the danger of rising ocean levels is concerned.

In my part of Nova Scotia, the difference between high tide and low tide will be as little as one meter but in parts of the Bay of Fundy the difference can be between 52 to 56 feet. The Bay of Fundy has a funneling effect on tidal waters.

There are 143,000 acres of productive farmland in that area that have been taken back from the ocean by dikes. I am worried that if ocean levels rose by as little as thirty centimeters that part of the Bay of Fundy could be hit by high tides that could perhaps be close to five meters higher than normal.

I am willing to go all out and make a fool of myself on a totally voluntary basis to attempt to soothe my conscience that I tried my best to do what needs to be done at this time to set in motion a series of events that could actually prevent ocean levels from rising at all?!?!

You can see one of my films that I will give you legal rights to use for one dollar if you will follow down in the comments in this note....and I will sure try to do more for you if you are willing and able to do something with this film concept.
Basically the concept for the film series that I have in mind involves a major star, such as Jim Carrey, playing the role of my grandfather, George Malloy. Johnny Galecki, (Leonard on Big Bang Theory), would be ideal to play the role of my Uncle William Malloy who was killed in Italy on January 2, 1945.

The film takes place in 1938 and 1939 and postulates an entirely different ending to the M. S. St. Louis saga that, as you can guess alters the future so that Uncle Bill not only is not killed in Italy but the holocaust is prevented from occurring.

I love the idea of 28 BILLION George Malloy/Jim Carrey Dollars being printed up, that work much like www.CalgaryDollars.ca except that they are in a sense props in a series of films designed to inspire several companies and nations to get working on a plan to turn deserts green, combat malnutrition worldwide, stabilize the climate all at the same time that we stimulate organized barter and create some jobs in the Nova Scotia, Montreal, USA and Israeli film market!Proposal for the creation of a Quebec provincial currency unit to save coastal communities from threat of rising ocean levels.
