wealth redistribution usually is accomplished at liberal gunpoint, not in voluntary peaceful economic Republican transactions in which both parties engage for mutual benefit. Do you understand?

Yes, and it was destroyed by liberal unions, liberal trade deals, liberal regulations, and liberal attack on family, schools and religion!! Do you understand?

I have yet to see a single shred of evidence that the middle class is doing anything other than get further into debt in Dirty Donalds time in office. We have record auto loans, college borrowing and credit card debt so far, as his gift to the middle class.

"Rapid growth", in economics, requires that high Market Demand be sustained for any given period of time. The rich do benefit, but economic growth depends more upon total Demand for goods/service. And not just those at the pinnacle of success who find their faces on the front page of Forbes magazine.

Except, perhaps, in a country like the US where the singular criteria is Winning Is Everything ... !

The purpose of an economy is to sustain a society. And within society whether or not any given individual is at the top is irrelevant. What matters is the disposition of income throughout the population - and not just those at the top as the ultimate "sign of success".

Which is the capital mistake in judgement that is being made in America ...

NB: There are two mistakes that history teaches us mankind tends to make. The first is that it is right and acceptable that only a top-echelon of individual obtain the most. The second is that all should obtain exactly the same income. The true-value is somewhere in-between the two alternatives, where Income Disparity exists because some naturally do better than others in a Market-economy - but the difference remains acceptable ...

Political Economy isn't American English specific. You've made bobbins up and think folk won't notice. No dice!

No, they do not have copyrights, and brands are not much like patents. Totally different basis. A brand is to certify origin to the consumer. A patent just creates artificial scarcity.

Sure; another model to verify our current understanding, and perhaps learn new paradigms to current approaches.

The astronomy sector is one example; they discovered a more cost effective orbit for any new ventures.

You are trying to evade by silliness.
No, you changed the subject from commodity markets to privilege markets.
    Yours.
But not as bad as your "cure."
But not the interventions you think.
Truth is truth. "Pluralism" is just a demand that untruth be respected as much as truth.

You brought up the new paradigm and model.

I thought you wanted to critique it, just for dogmatic fun and dogmatic practice.

Simple, without growth people on the margins starve to death, and others get very bored and see no reason to live.

    I did not say that.

The anti-growth crowd are like the overpopulation crowd and the global warming crowd: useful idiots, but I have no idea to whom.
