Who in the heck has ever heard of Transnistria? And, it officially does not exist. It broke off from Moldova, has a population of half a million who mostly speak Russian. The people there don't care what the outside world thinks of them and aren't about to give up their independence. its a great place for Mafia, drug running, money laundering, ....so I think it was created for that reason. The Russian "peacekeepers" in Moldova use this as a transit for their "krokodil" that they use to get high, other than that its a piece of sh** creation by the russkis, no one recognizes, or will.
