What SCOTUS did was refuse to hear a case where a man shot another in the back. It did not refuse to uphold white supremacy. Stop exaggerating the case. Not that white supremacy is a good thing.

What I found notable in that article is that he wasn't actually convicted of a murder charge, but was convicted of a federal civil rights violation, yet a conviction on that still allowed the judge to sentence him to 20 years.

Civil rights violations could be all sort of different things, so this is just another example of how much discretion these types of laws leave in the hands of judges.

When a cop decided to shoot unarmed Walter in the, back, then tell a lie about it oh yes sir that does constitute the cop robbing Walter of his civil right to exist and live in America.

Stay cautious; The fact that you dare trivialized the, judge, is nearly as evil as what racism's cop did to Walter.

Daring, to shoot an unarmed Black man in the back, then lying about it, is exactly White Supremacy cop conceptual mindset. I think we have plenty of proof, ever moreso since Obama's Presidency, here in the good ol' USA my friend.
