Since you are adamant in defending the authenticity of the document, can you provide a link to any website out there which attempts to debunk all of the evidence?

If you can, I will admit my error.

Believe me when I say that I had spent much time searching for arguments to the contrary before becoming a birther. I have yet to find one person even attempting to explain the discrepancies in the handwriting, the strange characters that appear in the edge of the lowest layer but not the others, the change of font on the typed sections (sometimes within the same word), etc.

I am sorry, but when you have retired CIA document experts pointing things out and nobody being able to argue them away, something isn't right.

so now you have a logical dillema. why would the department of health issue a forged document? they could issue a real document and have it say anything they want. why would they forge one? second, why would a REPUBLICAN administration in hawaii conspire to elect a democrat?

Ha. Not one single one of those links addresses anything other than the existence of layers. None of them address the fact that portions of the handwriting are drawn on the computer, the fact that the lowest layer is slightly larger and contains weird bits and pieces of characters that the higher layers don't, or the fact that the font/color of the typed portions differ from each other - sometimes within the same word, even.

I will state the challenge again: if you can find one legitimate explanation for the handwriting, the font inconsistencies, the fact that the lowest layers features characters not present on the higher layers, or the monochrome problem, then I will admit I am wrong.

I don't have an answer for why Hawaii is stating it to be legitimate, but such is the nature of conspiracy.

The President of the United States, the Attourney General, the Whitehouse Chief of Staff, and other high-ranking offially contradicted the evidence during Watergate.

A handful of state officials might claim one thing, but the evidence says otherwise.
