Your Majesty Emperor Algirdas, don't play play with KGB agent, otherwise you could never reach "within fifty miles of Moscow" again.

Following are excerpts from the article headlined "Algirdas" at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olgerd

    (Begin excerpts)
Algirdas (Belarusian: Альгерд, Russian: Ольгерд, Polish: Olgierd) (c. 1296 – May 1377) was a monarch of medieval Lithuania. Algirdas ruled the Grand Duchy of Lithuania from 1345 to 1377, which chiefly meant monarch of Lithuanians and Ruthenians. With the help of his brother Kęstutis, who defended the western border of the Duchy, he created a vast empire stretching from the Baltics to the Black Sea and reaching within fifty miles of Moscow.... western technologies, are you kidding? These technologies have long been property the chinese, simply because China is creating a global market, and the rest is performed by request of China.

I remember seeing a Chinese map of claimed territory from way back in the 60's after a big border battle between Russia and China..The map had a bit of India and a LOT of Siberia claimed as China. I am of the impression that if any territory was once visited by China, it became China by magic.

you might want to check china map for the past few thousands years. serbia was indeed part of china during mongol/ming/qing dynasty. if you were said was true, then north africa, korea will also be part of china. the claim that china layout has historical backing on why they claim it.

also columbus visit N.america, so did UK, now its call america, same with austrialia.

it has nothing to do with government, but everythign to do with how knowledge the population is. if what you said were true, then back in the days where monarchy/kings/emperor were in power, there shouldn't be any innovations, yet we seen gold age of egypt, china, arab, and renaissance age.

btw check patent filling from china

This is an attempt to make a good face on a bad game.
U.S. effectively killed its economy thanks to China
South Korea Killed global auto industry.
From the fact that the headquarters of Nokia placed in Finland, does not the fact
that Finland is somewhere in the firsts economic places.
Everything is decided by the industry of the China. Global market.
Well, the credit rating agencies and other stock-exchange rumors - it's just for show.

oh please, you think during renaissance age the head of state/family is not corrupt as CCP today? look at the soviet union, its military was on par with US during the cold war, they were the 1st to lunch a satelite. also check how much patent that china apply in recent years.

the invention/innovation has littile to do with what kind of government is, but depend on R&D invest, knoweldge of people etc. US become innovate becase we invest so much into R&D, we have some the best university in the world, the most experence in high tech. do you expect we could win the cold war if we never invest in these? and will win simply because we were democracy?

Now look at china, goto any Graduate school, especially engineering dep in ANY US university, see how many chinese/indian are in those class, compare to american. ASIA country are usually academic driven, this include china, S.korea, Japan.
