Well here in Western Massachusetts it is warm, night time, the Lightning Bugs are out in force as they call out to potential mates generating a VERY bright bio-luminescent pulse of light that is amazingly bright and can be bright yellow, bright white or even a soft bright green and the Lightning Bugs or Fireflies burst their pulses of light in various patterns and timings as doing so might impress a potential mate. There is fireworks lighting up the sky everywhere and even though I live out in the country where I live in GODS COUNTRY in Western Massachusetts where there is actually MORE TREES existing and growing here NOW then there were in the late 1600's when Europeans had just as their did in their own countries....cut down all the hardwood and pine to clear land for farming and as this wood was claimed by the King and England it was stolen from this land and shipped off to what is now the U.K. There are 4 different Fireworks shows going on within visual distance from my home as I live at a slightly higher elevation than where these 4 shows are being held and it is AMAZING to be able to turn 360 degrees and everywhere I look there are fireworks going off including those at the party being fired by friends. I have been going for about 72 hours non-stop as I performed yesterday and the only reason I am still even able to stand up or even post is I am trained to handle sleep deprivation but it was WELL WORTH IT!!! I wanted to just say HI to all members whether you might like me or care for me or not and wish them a Happy 4th of July!!! And for the members from the U.K...lol!!....No hard feelings Mate? LOL!!! And here is a strange factoid as I just found out about this not too many months ago.......Every year a very scientific and well designed, run and controlled POLL is given to the Citizen's of the U.K. and one of the questions asked is this..... ........Of all the Enemy Military Leaders that our Troops and Military Forces have had to fight against throughout British History which Enemy Military Commander or Leader do you consider to be the most cunning, lethal, dangerous, effective and HATED? Recipe on the way as the idiot who walked into my glass window who wanted ice is now using some of that ice on his face!! LOL!! He will be gone shortly. Use one or as many racks of baby back ribs as you need. Either buy or make Emerill's Essence which is a bunch of spices and you can Google it and make it yourself and use this as a HEAVY RUB!! The completely coat the racks of ribs with brown sugar thickly. If you have a smoker use Hickory and slice up a few Granny Smith Apples for moisture and put them in the smoker and smoke at 175 degrees for 6 to 7 hours.....OR.... Place the racks of ribs inside a grill at 300 degrees put hickory wood in aluminum foil and use indirect heat turning ribs once then add you favorite BBQ sauce...I make my own...on at the very last 5 minutes!!! He is just leaving. I am sitting in my kitchen and I hear....WHAM!!! LOL!!! He hit my sliding glass window with his face and and his nose is bleeding and as he was taking a sip from a beer when he hit he is bleeding from his teeth!! LOL!! I know I should not laugh but he is so drunk that he is trying to tell me that he didn't hit the glass but instead bumped into some imaginary woman who he say's was REALLY HOT!! LOL!! 2 minutes. AA
He waked out the back of my house through the glass door and his buddy took a left to go back to the girls house and he just walked STRAIGHT until he walked into one of my recliner lounge chairs bu then he got his bearings and I think he is OK now!! LOL!! AA

I did those for Memorial Day. Question , how many beers do you Ned for ribs? I don,t mean to marinate I mean to drink as a way of timing the grille time. Ribs are a 4 beer timing soon. For the Fourth I went with my wife,s wishes and did shish kha bobs. These are one beer and a dip out of the second max. I like doing ribs or brisket , better beer recipe rules.n

Now you MIGHT JUST always jdo the Baby Back Ribs on the Grill or even in the oven.....and it will not take long BUT.....if you are GOING FOR THE GUSTO!! IF YOU ARE DRUNK AND YOUR GIRL HAS A BLINDFOLD ON YOU IN SOME SAD ATTEMPT AT RECREATING A SEEN FROM A EARLY 1980'S MOVIE WITH RICHARD THE GERBIL GERE and as you are now too fat...too old and too damn TIRED to have the patience for your spouse to keep you handcuffed and blindfolded while SHE decides to play RICKY THE BOATMAN GERE while YOU ended up being getting tied up and having her make you eat a Jalapeno Pepper like Kim Basinger in 9 1/2 weeks and as YOU end up drinking and pouring MILK down your throat very much unlike Kimmy doing wearing no bra as the milk splatters all over her you begin to come to the conclusion that even though you don't have Ricky G's Platinum Hair.....nor do you have Kim Basinger's really hot as on your wife you WILL HOWEVER accept the fact you DO HAVE SOMETHING!! That being MY Baby Back Rib's recipe!! LOL!! 4 Racks of BB Ribs for 8 MEN!!!....or 12 men? LOL!! And even just 4 racks is not enough for my Team as all I can tell you is if your eating at the same table as us you BETTER watch your fingers, hands and arms because a finger or thumb has been known to get accidentally cut off....eaten and in a few rare circumstances....#1. Found after roasting stuck up a Chicken's ass. #2. Boiling along with several dozen Butter/Sugar Corn on the Cob. #3. Found inside an Apple Pie. AA
