Sorry, this is fake news. Yet it has been making the rounds all through the social media sites. The first warning should be that it is repeated through multiple sites, all of questionable validity. Secondly, for those like me with longer memories, it is simply the changing of some names of an article that dates to at least 2104: http://www.pjstar.com/article/20140611/NEWS/140619715 But I know I have seen this since as early as 2009, so it is even older than that. It just seems to come back every 3-4 years.
It's not HD, it's a dealership which can at the discretion of the owner charge/not charge for storage fees. Last year however, HD offered free beginner riding courses for all first responder and military members.
