Yeah, that was wrong, as it turns out. Clinton should have used DNC funds for his defense fund like Trump uses RNC funds for his. But that aside, a lot of the Hollywood brass donated thousands of dollars each to Clinton's legal defense fund 20 years ago. But everyone knew that at the time. Not sure what revelation Jim Hoft thinks he's made here. This wasn't a secret.

Hoft should stick to posting pictures of championship parades and lying about them being lines outside of Trump rallies.

So okay, the disgrace in the Oval Office aside, why do you think this news is news? It's almost 20 years old. And everyone knew at the time that Clinton supporters were donating to his defense fund - and Clinton had a lot of friends in Hollywood, just like all Democrats do.

Can you please answer my question now. What is the upshot of Hoft "scooping" something that was a matter of public record 20 years ago? Weinstein contributed to Clinton's defense fund. And his campaigns. And his wife's campaigns, too. Did you not know this until Hoft told you?

 

It also wasn't a secret that Harvey was a sexual predator. Women had been reporting him for decades and nothing was ever done. The OP is correct that Hillary Clinton both supported and married a sexual predator.

But you apparently weren't watching the news for the years that Clinton's Presidency was on the line and he was lying to investigators while Paula Jones was accusing him of improper acts. Bourdain, whose girlfriend, Asia Argento, claims she was raped by Weinstein in 1997, called Clinton’s interview “shameful in its deflection and its disingenuousness.” Bourdain also suggested that Clinton may have known about Weinstein’s behavior for years before the bombshell reports on him were released last week.

Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, were reportedly friendly with Weinstein and have benefited from Weinstein’s donations for decades.

The Hollywood mogul threw a star-studded fundraising party for Clinton’s 2016 bid for presidency, raising millions of dollars, the Los Angeles Times reported. He had also donated between $100,001 to $250,000 to the Clinton Foundation, according to records published on the charity’s website.

 

I am not going to judge you or question you in the fact that you knew Weinstein contributed to Clinton's defense back in 1998. To say everyone should've been dialed into such small detail like that shows that you know everything about everything in the world, good for you.
