Considering how much they mix the DC and Marvel Universes nowadays I have to be surprised they haven't and yet I can't recall ever seeing it. (Or who won) Of course, I stopped following the whole comics mythology entirely about a decade ago when they revealed that Spider-Man was really a clone, the real Peter Parker having been murdered in the copyright wars between Stan Lee and Jack Kirby around 1990

sounds like a 'unstoppable force meets immoveable object' kinda situation

tho, i think technically superman always wins unless theres kryptonite involved

But at the end of the day, Punisher still wins >;D

Within the Marvel Universe, the saying was, "The madder Hulk gets, the Stronger Hulk gets," Only Thor was stronger, Thor was a God.

So I guess Superman wins, he's stronger even than a God

Superman would've wiped the floor with the Hulk. They didn't call him Superman for nothing. Get real or get out of here.

Marvel/DC is about the largest media franchise going. Anybody who works in that field ignores it at their financial peril. At least I don't actually believe that the entire world is controlled by shadowy cabals of extraterrestrial reptiles and Satanic cannibals

You are correct the that the madder the Hulk gets the stronger he gets so in a way his strength is infinite. Hulk and Thor start at about the same strength level but as the Hulk gets stronger he quickly becomes much stronger than Thor. Here is a link for all of the comic book battles between Hulk and Thor. I don't think I have read them all but I think Hulk usually wins.

Hulk vs Thing has always delivered some of the most epic battles in the Marvel Universe. Hulk usually beats the Thing because he is much stronger. When Hulk was Grey he could not physically overpower the Thing even though the Grey Hulk still gets stronger as he gets madder. The problem was the Grey Hulk starts out weaker and could not get mad enough quickly enough to overpower the Thing.

Superman is from an different comic universe, DC, and DC superheroes are always ridiculously over powered. Superman has crossed over into the Marvel universe a few times and he usually easily defeats Hulk. In theory there are many in the Marvel Universe that can easily defeat Superman. Marvel heroes like Thor and Doctor Strange can use magic which Superman is vulnerable to. Also for Superman you have to consider pre or post crisis Superman. Post crisis Superman was much weaker in all ways but physically could probably still beat the Hulk.

That was because of the infinity gems and specifically the power stone.

No. That is fan fiction and not canon.

Naw man. Nobody can beat Superman. He has infinite strength. He's faster than a bullet. He can fly, even in space. He can fly so fast that he can reverse the course of the earth and turn back time. I saw it on TV with my own eyes. And he has laser vision. Sorry, but Hulk's a goner in a matchup. Everybody knows that. pfft

When I first saw Thanos I thought surely this is Darkseid, but he wasn't

Is there now, or was there ever any plan to use Jack Kirby's New Gods as a Movie Franchise? I've always thought they were just MADE for Movies. Could they use them now? Marvel/DC seems to be running out of steam to my estimation

New Gods was in development. It had writers and I believe a script. DC recently canceled the project although I believe there are some people still fighting for it.

Development hell, damn, that seems to take years if ever nowadays. I wonder if Kirby's estate is fighting for a larger share. Wasn't Stan Lee known as a copyright maven in his day?

I am not sure if the hold up had anything to do with the Kirby estate. There were some rumors on Reddit about DC not wanting to use Darkseid again so soon after the Snyder Cut but that could just be fan speculation. DC is in a bit of turmoil right now in regards to the DCU. I think they wanted an interconnected universe like Marvel but recently they have given up. I think they are back to making movies on a one off type of basis. So you will have a different Batman for each movie or TV show as needed like they are doing now.

Stan Lee did not make a lot of money from the sale of Marvel to Disney. Even though he created many of the most iconic characters in the Marvel Universe the characters were owned by Marvel. I think Disney agreed to pay Stan Lee 1 million dollars a year for life as long as he did public promotions of the company. He may have received a fair bit for all of those cameo appearances too but I am not sure.

Darkseid and Steppenwolf were both in Justice League.

Was it the same Darkseid that was the major nemesis of the Forever People? Hard to see him in the Justice League as he was written as a major villain but who knows
