Color me impressed. You are following every principle for success I have ever read.

You don't mention savings, but I assume you "pay yourself first," which is also important.

Why don't you hop a steamer and come on over to Texas ... you'd be a millionaire in 10 years, if you aren't already. And over here, you can get arrested if you are NOT carrying a gun.

Okay that's a slight exaggeration, but seriously, we all own guns.

Interesting story here as I have always wanted to move to the US and would love to explore Texas; I am a huge fan of country music too and Nashville is on my to-do list.
I do ensure I'm paid and all my dues paid first - the rest goes into my savings account!

Thank you for your kind comments. :)

    Chesterfield. ;)
Regarding the Labour Party; traditional. I have to say, some of the recent principles in the Labour Party have been a little sketchy.

Chavs of Medway - now that I don't believe.
Mr Corbyn; he is something remarkable, not necessarily in a good way.
He is the leader of the party, however I think he is not the future of Labour; they need a leader who is not afraid to be frank.
I'd have more respect for Jeremy if he fired Diane Abbott; she is a dangerous, racist women which could be catastrophic as Home Secretary.
With that being said, some of his policies and principles I agree with.

She’s weird... plain and simple weird! How on earth they ended up humping each other just defies explanation.

Corbyn just makes me grin how anyone can take the lad seriously is beyond me. He’s a mashup of Kinnock and Foot without the charisma. Do you think he will last? It looks like a lot of the new members that joined just to vote him are leaving? Is he going to get marginalised do you think?

Ah yes the origin of the chavs is Chatham a picturesque part of the Medway towns.
How I long to be back north of the haggis munching line!!

Other than an occasional John Paul and George it would be virtually impossible to get rich in England unless you were already born rich.

I don't think he will last; especially with the story in The Sun this morning about him spewing information to a Czech spy!
There will be more and more members of the Labour Party leaving; actually, in consideration of what was in the newspaper this morning, I'm considering it. If this story turns out to be true; this will be a massive punch in the gut to the Labour Party as they face backlash by the members asking for his removal as leader. With that being said, people like him; especially his messy, 'ordinary' person persona.

Ah I love haggis! I first had it a couple of years ago on New Years Eve, my birthday, and it was amazing! :spin:

Shee..it yeah was just reading it! I'm wondering if this is like the Bush thing and Dan Rather....faked docs, what do you think? Then again I would'nt be surprised most of the real lefties were at it in those days, the KGB was always a big financial supporter of the UK Labour movement... or rather the trade unions... in the day didn't certain members of the NEC try and make a coup within the movement to take de facto control of the party? I seem to recall an article by Gerald Kaufman... I could be dreaming though..?

Possibly; documents can be forged or created to smear politicians etc.
I'm interested to the outcome of this; personally I don't think Jeremy is that stupid. It is probable he met this Czech, however I don't think he would have intentionally divulged compromising information to a Czech spy.
I'm not sure about the article, I don't recall.
