They protect illegals for votes. Just look at Mayor Wheeler in Portland, Oregon. Why would they want closed borders?

Trump is building a wall to close the borders and everyone on the left is against it. So I find it hard to believe you guys support closed borders.

 

Well if most of Americans are working that is still a good thing right? It's not as if the country is failing. Trump is not turning out to be a bad president. I would argue Trump has done far more in his 2 years as president then Bush did in his entire 8 years or even Obama.

 

How much of the deficit did Obama remove? Trump may be adding to it but no one president will do every single thing perfect. The deficit will need to be removed my multiple presidents and if that is the worst thing Trump has done I think you all are going to be just fine for 6 more years. As much as I would love to see the deficit go away I can't complain with record low unemployment for all right now.

Democrats do everything they can to cater to illegal Mexicans and then try to convince us they are for closed borders. They also protest the wall that would help keep illegals out and they are against the deportation of illegals and they pay to protect and keep illegals here and somehow they are for closed borders? E-Verify is a joke and they can't even come up with a good convincing argument that they are actually for closed borders. Even if some of the Democrats on here are for closed borders I am not convinced the party itself wants closed borders.

 

You forgot, skyrocketing taxes, growing welfare roles as illegals pour in, more being world welfare daddy, more Nanny statism, more race mongering, more regulation on the private market, more demonization of normal whites, especially men...etc

Personally, I think both sides (one more so) have a vested interest in illegals, big $.
If we were serious about it, we would do two things, the wall (it's slowly happening) and make the cost to employers (jail, huge fines) so severe only an idiot would risk hiring one.
