Pueblo County, Colorado for example had almost 20,000 more registered Democratic voters then the Republican party and had not voted for a Republican president in 45 years. The state went to Hillary but she lost the county in a landslide. Trump claimed almost all of those Democratic voters.

So why with such a huge advantage for the Democratic party does Trump claim majority of the votes? It's simple. Jobs. The American people wanted more jobs which Trump promised to bring back. Not Hillary. She promised nothing. Trump promised and delivered.

So if you can't understand that then you are putting on the blinders. Russia had nothing to do with people voting for Trump for more jobs. Russia did not influence a single vote. Trump did a much better campaign then Hillary did and nobody trusted Hillary. So how again did Russia influence or force any of us to vote for Trump?

How are we full of hate? It says in the bible to love everyone including thy enemies. I know many Christians who love gay people etc even if we don't agree with them. I have read many stories of former Democrats being treated like crap from their own party and feeling very welcomed in the Republican party. Not the party of hate as you claim.

We want a police state? Yes I support our police. Has Trump really tried to make our police force super powerful? I have not seen this. Trump is not like any Republican president who has come before him. Yes he wanted a military parade which was stupid but he never had it and that was just to life the spirits of our service men and women if I read right. I can't say much about the deficit. This is an area Trump could do better on but that is little compared to Trumps list of achievement's and promises he delivered on such as more jobs and record low unemployment for all.

"Kavanaugh" - There is a difference between having a religious belief and forcing that belief on others. While you may not understand this distinction - it is really important for an SC Judge to get this distinction. The US was founded on separation of Church and State. It was founded on respect for individual liberty - that individual liberty is "ABOVE" the legitimate authority of Gov't.

In simple terms - Gov't is to have no legitimate authority - of its own volition- to make any law messing with individual liberty - never mind one based on religious belief.

The legitimate purview of Gov't is protection from direct harm - one person or another. Since the Gov't can not prove a "zygote - single cell at conception" is a living human - Abortion - at least in the early stages of pregnancy - is "out of scope".

Again, your "many" is talking about 1% of the total party members. The same could be said about the Republicans leaving their party. The only real demographic shift has been toward those registering as Independents (smart people).

 

Well if Democrats are all rich then their idealogy should be an example to everyone. And it is true that the Republicans want to get everyone off welfare. They just don't want to make the lives of the poor better to achieve that goal. Much better to just cut all the programs and then claim to have reduced the welfare roles.
