    The DESPERATE people are in camps with no means or $$ to come here.

    The DESPERATE people are dying with no chance of coming here.

    best way to stop the boats is to have the balls to turn them back to where they came from..
    Its not being a racist its being a realist, by just opening the doors we have NO IDEA who is who and what they have done in the past.

    So if you were fleeing a war torn country, and rape and murder and god knows what else, and you finally made it to a country where you would be safe, you would be more than happy to be sent back to a country which would likely kill you?

    they pass through other countries that are safe on the way here..the reason they come here is MONEY...
