Hillary also said ISIS has lost a third of their territory since this began. It is true ISIS has lost some territory in the north of Syria and in the Kurdish portion of Iraq. But they have also gained some more territory going south in Syria. The final tally is ISIS probably lost a bit more territory than the new territory they gain. But it is roughly close to 50-50. If not for the Kurds ISIS would have expanded their total territory, not lost any. But what good is a UN resolution when it leaves ISIS and their fellow terrorist free to continue to wage war, kill civilians and does not encompass them. It is like the no fly zone Hillary wants to implement. Why? ISIS has no planes to fly. It would only hinder us, the Russians, the French and others in this so called coalition. I suppose it sounds good on TV. The dark red on the map is territory gained this year by ISIS, the yellow lost by ISIS.

We, the U.S. are always prepared to fight the last year and never prepared to fight the next one. But a total restructuring is unnecessarily. What it takes to win this think is commitment and a will to win. We have the assets, we lack the will. It seems to me we are more worried about killing a civilian or two than killing the enemy, ISIS. ISIS knows this and takes advantage of it. ISIS is prepared to do whatever it takes, we are not. Then to President Obama's top priorities are global warming and gun control. Destroying ISIS is way down the list of things.
