While those of us who have the ability to think for ourselves, and do not feel the need to be led by liars, and cowards like a bunch of sheep, here is another act of hypocrisy by Trump that you will never see posted, or spoken of, by the right wing.
    :
"Hire American, Buy American"? Well, not for Trump anyway. Like his businesses he is keeping overseas rather then bring them back to America, and create American jobs, he has exempted himself from the work visa program he has ended for other businesses:

    http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2017/03/20/the-foreign-workers-of-mar-a-lago

"When it comes to America’s technology industry, Donald Trump takes a dim view of foreign workers. “I will end forever the use of the H-1B as a cheap labor program”—it provides visas for technical and skilled employees—“and institute an absolute requirement to hire American workers for every visa and immigration program,” he said in a statement a year ago. “No exceptions.

When it comes to the hospitality industry, though, Trump is much more, well, hospitable. His Administration recently made it harder to get H1-B visas, but he has expressed no objection to the visa category that hotels and resorts use—the H-2B—to attract low-cost, low-skilled seasonal labor. In fact, at Mar-a-Lago, his Palm Beach club, the visas are still in active use. Why the exception to the no-exception rule?"

IMO, the answer lies in the last sentences of the article:

"So why would Trump target one visa program but not the other? The answer, as with so much else that Trump has done, is hard to discern from the slew of contradictory messages, but it seems that, when it comes to his own businesses, he’s not eager to take a hit. And no one is making him."

Like everything Trump says, or does, it seems no one has the balls, or the integrity, to hold this lying coward responsible, especially those who voted for him.

The lying hypocrite is the scum of the Earth. Hopefully they drag this corrupt scoundrel out of the White House in handcuffs before the year is out and the damage he does to this country is irreparable.

This is typical of the hypocrisy that is Trump. It's actually even worse than just being a hypocrite...he's a downright crooked fraud that was shameless and bloviated enough to accuse others of being crooked.

The saps that actually voted for this charlatan are the ones that should be protesting the loudest as those are the ones he made suckers out of. The rest of us knew better.

This guy has absolutely no credibility. Outside of his loyal followers, I don't see how anyone can believe anything this clown says.

He adopted the KKKarl Rove playbook -
    1) Lie. Lie big and repeat it over and over
    2) Accuse your opponent of your own worst fault
    3) Attack your opponents main attribute, claiming it as yours (intelligence, experience)
    4) Smear your opponent, and if they retaliate, scream that it is you who were smeared

Too many people are too gullible. It's what made Pat Robertson, Jim Baker, and other sleazeballs rich - preying on trusting people. Some good people who are honest, are susceptible to being swindled by accomplished liars. Our so-called president has one area of expertise - telling lies.

This corrupt regime is modeling itself after the way Russia and China are run - a few billionaires owning the country's wealth - just look at the inept and corrupt cabinet - Mnuchin, Price, DeVos, Tillerson...The goal is the ultimate in Trickle down. Trump admires Putin, because Putin is getting away with fleecing his country - Trump's dream.

If you have the ability to think for yourself, you should know that for an H-2B visa the hiring company has to establish that there are not enough US workers who are able, willing, qualified, and available to do the temporary work. That is quite different than the H-1B program. The H-2B program ALREADY has a requirement to hire American workers first, so there is no exception here. Fake news.

I think they already are as they are doing top Trump Towers, and Mar-a-lago. However, since Trump has no ethics, knows no shame, and can readily lie without being held accountable, there is little a person can really do until the Republicans get the balls to impeach the liar like they did Bill Clinton.

I'm sorry. Did Apple, IBM, Microsoft, etc., claim that they would move back to the US, and hire only Americans? Were they the ones that stated that products made overseas should be taxed at a higher rate?

But yes, "fake news" is the new right wing format to defend their god with.

Perhaps it is yet another example of Trump ignoring the law, and lying, and you accepting it: I do know that here in Oregon there is a requirement that local residents be hired first for timber work, and it is ignored.

    http://miami.cbslocal.com/2015/09/22/exclusive-trumps-use-of-foreign-workers-in-florida-questioned/

"Before seeking the visas, the executives Mar-A-Lago posted the job openings on a state website.

Tom Veenstra, senior director of support services at Career Source, said if Mar-A-Lago officials were interested in finding workers, all they had to do was contact him.

“We’re here to find jobs for people in Palm Beach County,” Veenstra said. “That’s what we do. We do it for free.”

Veenstra said he had no record of Mar-A-Lago’s staff contacting Career Source for help. If they had he could have easily found them workers.

“We have many, many people, hundreds in our database for jobs just as these,” Veenstra said. “And they would love to work there.”

McCorkel wonders what would compel an employer to turn their back on local workers.

“Why are you going to bring other people from a foreign country and take care of them when you are not going to take care of the people that are here,” she said.

One person who thinks she knows the answer is Wendi Walsh, president of UNITE HERE the local union representing hotel and restaurant workers.

“For the employer it’s a real advantage,” she said. “That employee can’t go anywhere, they are not going to quit, they are not going to move to a competitor. If they leave the job they are subject to deportation. It’s really as close to being an indentured servant as you can get.”

And even Breitbart seems to know more then you. But I know. Employers always obey the law, and to say otherwise is just more "fake news":

    http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/12/07/ryan-ends-h2b-expansion/

"The long-standing H-2B program allows companies to annually bring in 66,000 foreign workers instead of hiring Americans. The program provides the companies with cheap seasonal workers, minimizes the need for companies to recruit and train Americans, and it also cuts the salaries paid to full-time American workers, say advocates.

Ryan’s December 2015 language expanded the visa program by saying that foreign H-2B workers would not count towards the annual 66,000 limit if they had worked for a H-2B employer during the prior three years. In effect, the “returning worker exemption” covertly quadrupled the size of the H-2B program from 66,000 visas per year up to 264,000 visas per year. That is an increase of up to 198,000 outsourcing visas each year.

The H-2B visa program is one of many guest-worker programs — including the white-collar H-1B, OPT and L-1 visa programs, the J-1 summer-worker programs and the H-2A agriculture program – that import at least 700,000 guest workers each year."

If they can sell the products just as cheap if they are made in America, I am all for American workers.

But, if "Made in America" means the prices go up, I am fine with products being made overseas.

H-1B visa holders aren't illegal aliens.

What are these Trump businesses that Trump has over seas ?

Dismantle a hotel and ship it back to America ?

Now if your referring to Trump's clothing line, Donald Trump doesn't own those clothing manufactures over seas. He sells his name to be used by the clothing manufacture to be put on the label.

The textile and clothing industry in America no longer exist any more, they went over seas or south of the border.

The final nail in the Hillary's campaign coffin was when Hillary and her supporters went after and verbally attacked Trump supporters with the deplorable basket hate mongering.

I see the left hasn't learned jack **** from their mistakes and hate mongering.

    Instead they blame the Russians.

An employer isn't required to contact "Career Source", if they even knew who they are, and the opinion of some head hunter holds no weight whatsoever. From your article, "executives from Mar-A-Lago posted openings on a state website." Why didn't "Career Source" direct their applicants to that website? The Mar-A-Lago executives did their due diligence. A look at the "Career Source" website listed 10 jobs on their "Hot Jobs" list. 10, wow. And of those, only "cook" cold be construed to apply to the hotel/resort industry.

Also from your article, "Veenstra said his staff was able to finally meet with Mar-A-Lago officials about their hiring needs and he said he hoped going forward they would be able to provide those workers rather than importing foreign workers." So the Mar-A-Lago executives want to work with the head hunter. Of course this fake news site has to say "finally", as if they've been badgering Mar-A-Lago for years to get a foot in the door.

Not sure why you mention "white collar H-1B", that's the program Trump is curtailing. The OPT or F visas are for education, and employment is limited to on-campus only, and the students must show they can pay tuition. L-1 visas are limited to existing foreign employees overseas. J-1 is a cultural exchange visa, and employment is limited to campus training and research, and are reciprocal. The H-2A agriculture visa must also meet the requirement that the job can't be filled by Americans....do better homework next time.

That's pretty much a guarantee-unless you can find American workers prepared to accept Chinese wages.
