    I remember them.

They weren't happy campers with Obama.

But Obama did deliver on smartphones for everyone.

Say 50% of the country makes 14.99
And the other 50% makes 31.77

Than the average wage is exactly 23.38

In his back and forth with the media today Dirty Donald again repeated a lie he has told numerous times that more people are working in the USA than ever before, which is a lie.The National Debt Clock Real Time shows that in the year 2000 we had 157,602,876 working, and today we have 156,796,601 working, this despite the fact we have millions more eligible workers today.

Oh I asked if we were still having that 50% earns less 15 bucks an hour.
And all I got back, from you... is claiming it aint so, while not disproving crap because you don't understand math.

So this is from the end of 2015:
Forty-two (42) percent of U.S. workers make less than $15 per hour
    https://www.nelp.org/wp-content/uploads/Growing-Movement-for-15-Dollars.pdf

    And this is from 2018:
Since 2000, usual weekly wages have risen 3% (in real terms) among workers in the lowest tenth of the earnings distribution and 4.3% among the lowest quarter. But among people in the top tenth of the distribution, real wages have risen a cumulative 15.7%
    https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-ta...rs-real-wages-have-barely-budged-for-decades/

So 42% of the people with jobs earn crap in the US. And between 2000 and 2018,.. the lowest 25% received a wage increase of 4.3% in total. Factor in the inflation. So business hits a record high... doesn't mean a thing when you earn crap.

    Also...
    https://www.marketwatch.com/story/h...ped-the-waltons-vs-walmart-workers-2018-11-06
President Trump’s tax bill, signed into law in December, lowered the corporate tax rate to 21% from 35%. The hope: The tax cuts would boost corporate finances and those benefits would trickle down to help workers. However, only 14% of companies put part of those savings into base salary increases, according to an October 2018 survey from executive-recruitment firm Korn Ferry International. Another survey from consulting firm Mercer LLC put that figure at only 4%.

So you know. It doesn't seem to get any better for people at "the bottom".... and that is the bottom 50%. Not exactly a shabby percentage. Not exactly like... "they are too lazy to find a better paying job"-nonsense. You're not going to convince me that HALF of all the Americans are too lazy to earn more than scraps. Get real.

Not when they're on welfare and using our schools, hospitals and jails. I get it, you're for open borders.

Not by any other than simpleton economic and political understanding.

How self serving, lack of rebuttal of it noted, and it stands until you do. Try again.

Second the the Democrats took control of the Congress and the government a year before the recession began when we had low unemployment, strong growth and soaring tax revenues. They did nothing to mitigate the slowdown that led to the recession, to mitigate the depth and length and when they finally did something, 2/3's of the way through the recession while it was already receding, they did the wrong thing with their HUGE stimulus which failed to curb the soaring unemployment and failed to get us into a full recovery.

He did over twelve months, their is no economic theory or law that says that twelve months shall start in January and end in December.

What laws did the pass to help mitigate the slowdown and then the recession's length and depth and put people back to work and how did they work out?

You do realize the pathological liar Tramp bragged how easy it would be for him to produce 4%, 5% even 6% annual growth from his tax cuts for big business, which have been in effect for over a year, and so far have not produced even one year of annual 3% GDP growth.

There was no mortgage crisis under Carter or Clinton, and the GOP controlled Congress blocked in committee every reform bill supported by the Democrats.
    But you knew that already.

yes, but we were talking about an increase in service jobs, the only thing that has changed is a increase of immigrants, thus they must need to be services too and have money to spend

what attracts immigrants to America is the chance of a better life, the thing that allows illegals to stay is employers like Trump hiring them - no jobs then how would they survive? word would get out and they woudl not come

want to stop illegal immigrates, make it a felony to knowingly hire an illegal with a mandatory 10 year sentence.... problem solved - neither side really want that or it would of passed by now

Pretty damn good! 13 million got full time jobs after the depths of the Great Bush Recession.
BTW, it is dishonest to answer a question with a question.

And so did Obama, several times!!!!
Now all of a sudden you will insist on an economic law that requires annual GDP to run from Jan to Dec.

United States GDP Annual Growth Rate:

And he was well on the way to doing that which spooked the fed so they started a rapid burst of rate hikes to cool the economy.

Actually it was Senator Barack Obama who was the first presidential candidate to use social media to get elected.

Baloney! The FED started raising rates under Obama!
Every time Tramp fails, and Tramp fails at everything he does, the Trumpettes blame everyone else.
