I never said it was "Lord-Vassal", simply "like". The Mittani largely existed as long as it did because of the support of Egypt. And once that was removed, the Empire collapsed. With many of the Mittani nobility fleeing to Egypt (where they became known as the "Horse Lords"). Made easier because of the intermarriage and ties between the two nations.

Which brings us right back full-circle, to an earlier discussion (back on page 8 of this very thread) about the 18th Dynasty and their connections to the Mittani Empire.

The Mittani have long fascinated me, since it is almost a forgotten empire. Everybody has heard of the Babylonians, Assyrians, Caananites, Hittites, and the other various empires of the era, but few have heard of the Mittani.

There were substantial and important black African empires in history. And they have fascinating histories. I have no problem with the idea of any Black African civilization, but I have seen nothing to indicate to me that Egypt was one of them.

 

Neither of you know anything besides what you just read on wikipedia about Kemet. Its best that we leave it at that because ifor one have no intention of educating either of you. Nothing but childish insults, eurocentric rhetoric and overt racism.
