I'm not understanding the point of the thread. Does the place overlook a garbage dump? An idyllic glacial lake? Otherwise, it seems fair.
It is local to me. It is on the market. Any discussion ought to center on the house and it's canyon area. No garbage dumps are closer than perhaps 20 miles.
It looks like a nice place. The price seems unremarkable, to me. Might you realize a nifty profit should you sell your place? Well, good on you.
LMAO I am not sure we do. But we have much larger, more expensive homes than that home is. Where that home sits, I do not see anybody tossing rocks at it either. This city I live in is not like the Democrats run cities. We still have some common sense politicians here.
