why do you think everyone has to have a plan in order for you to actually start backing up your hollow plans to infringe on the rights of honest Americans. we do know that when Richmond Va executed PROJECT EXILE, felons caught in possession of firearms were given much stiffer federal sentences. Now the people who objected to that were generally leftwing organizations like the ACLU and the NAACP but it did mean more prison time for felons with GUNS. Now if you want to argue that ENFORCEMENT increases of laws against criminals having guns DOESN'T WORK then you are put in a very tough position of wanting more laws imposed on honest people but then claiming ENFORCEMENT of those laws won't do anything positive. Which you might well do since I truly believe you want to infringe on the rights of honest people with silly laws rather than enforcing laws that will incapacitate real criminals. Honest people are restricted because they FOLLOW THE LAW criminals are restricted by incarceration
