Its probably the same reasons Obama wanted the authority to do it. The feds know their evidence, they know their law, and they know that sometimes it might even be smarter to use the federal statutes and courts than it is to leave them in limbo. Federal prosecutors have been successfully trying suspects on terror related charges for years. Its stupid to deny them the tool, just to deny them the tool.

 

They certainly can, and they prefer illegal. Legal immigrants, yours truly included, tend to be hard working, self sufficient individuals, able to take care of themselves and their families, hardly a material for becoming Democrats.

Illegal aliens? Not so much, and in-masse become loyal Liberals. What's not to like?

I mean she's already proven obstruction of justice and perjury to the entire world since those crimes were revealed on live TV. And those who have a few more brain cells have also been able to ascertain she's guilty of much more such as money laundering, selling America secrets and goods for donations to her bogus foundation, and most probably murder since she and Billy boy have been connected to an extreme of amount of deaths by those who coincidentally died before they could testify against them. How many people do you know died mysteriously that you just happened to be nefariously involved with? The Clinton's body count is in the 40's and still counting. Very good chance Seth Rich the DNC staffer who was the Wiki Leaks leaker that died recently during the campaign was one of the latest although a detective investigating that murder turned up dead as well.

You must not live in America and therefore haven't seen just how unjust and ridiculous our so called court system is. Here everything is flip flopped. Judges feel sorry for the bad guys particularly sexual predators ...boy do they feel sorry and relate to them. And the victims end up taking it up the wazoo again. And yes that pun was intended.

At any rate it's a given they'll pack all juries with Muslims. And all witness will be discounted claiming they're Islamaphobic. Therefore, like OJ Simpson the bad guys will walk right out the door and live to terrorize another day.

 

Our prison system seems to be filled to the brim with prisoners and jail inmates, so I am not sure what part of America you live in where the prisons and jails are sitting empty because judges feel sorry for people.

Over 2.3 million people incarcerated in the US, more than any other nation including China, North Korea, Iran, etc. Over 7 million people in the criminal (in)justice industry if you include paroles and probation. Industry $$$$profits rely heavily on having as many in the system as possible. And they enact thousands of new laws each year at every level that effectively make every American a criminal 24/7. This is after all, the Land of the Free.

Rights meaning they will be able to make a mockery of our justice system which they are very good at by the way. The first that will happen as I stated before is they'll load the jury up with Muslims, they'll tear witnesses apart on the stand calling them Islamophobic, high profile attorneys from the ACLU will no doubt defend them because of the case being highly televised and reported. And if the aforementioned don't get them off on some minor technicality, then they'll bog down U.S. court systems with appeal after appeal all on the American taxpayer. Those are the rights you think they should have, huh?

 

Our (in)justice system is already a mockery and has been for a very long time. But not for the silly reasons you claim.

Everyone is born with unalienable rights, including Muslims. If you are an American you would understand that this truth is self evident and enshrined in our founding document. The Bill of Rights is the law that is supposed to protect those rights, from others and especially from government. If those rights are not protected for some, they are protected for no one. One of the fundamental rights that is supposed to be protected is the right to due process. If that right is not protected by the justice system, then it's no better than a kangaroo court in a banana republic. Or no better than a court in Saudi Arabia.
