Shooting a wild hog instead of trapping it and feeding it results in very gamey meat. Doesn’t even make decent sausage.

That is probably true. No excuse though. Cars also do a hell of a lot more good than guns.

ABC news posted his picture for exactly 1.00025 seconds, and said nothing about him, his background, his social media, etc.

    I sure hope you're joking.

Because if not .... this is going to come back and bite them VERY hard. Next white guy who shoots up a bunch of people is going to be made poster child for 'oppression' by those who believe in calling the bluff of the ****ing 'religious' fanatics currently running your media.

    Part of the trump cult....

The GOP, NRA and it's cowardly reverence to trump is just part of the Moscow Mitch's American Taliban.....

Most mass shootings are committed by nonwhites anyways... no one should be surprised.

If anyone is surprised, it's only because the media likes to focus on mass shootings where white men are the perpetrator... and incidentally it would appear that white mass shooters tend to have better aim/planning... not that it's something to be proud of.

(chuckling to myself wondering how many progressives are tempted to prove that black men shoot better than white men after my comment)

When is the last time you did it? It was a sow, was good meat. It's the boars you want to trap and castrate and pen and grain feed. I found it to be more tasty than store brought,by far. At least, that's what i have always heard. Never shot a boar.

It is eerie when you tell us what the press is going to do before they go ahead and do it. The perp is black and the press is bitching about racism. The MSM can't go bankrupt fast enough, they are not fit for purpose.

Does such ultimately serve to mitigate and excuse the harm and damage caused by private motor vehicle use?

Last year 6,590 pedestrians were killed by cars. So far no suggestions have been made to stop this carnage.
In 2018 4.7 million Americans were attacked by a dog and 36 people were killed by a dog, the youngest being just a few weeks old. So far no suggestions have been made to stop this carnage.
In 2019 38,800 people died in car crashes, many of these accidents are attributed to high speed. So far no suggestions have been made to stop this carnage, in fact quite the opposite.

"We are lost"...? Yes, and grow increasingly MORE lost since the day that Ronald Reagan left the White House, leaving us to the 'tender mercies' of a cabal of RINO's, incompetents, and America-hating, radical Democrats....

I think their are good and bad sides to almost everything. It is the balance between the two that makes the difference.

Actually had a wild pig problem and built a hog log and a blind. Had a couple of Hungarian friends who had been hunting all their lives come several times and shoot. They could clean and dress a 185 pounder in about thirty minutes. Total they shot eight. Brought me sausage as a payment. Very gamey and they knew what they were doing both the shooting and the sausage making.

Biggest was over 200 lbs and was shot with a .22. They could shoot much better than I ever could.

Such an approach does not apply with regard to constitutional rights. Hate speech, for example, cannot be declared illegal simply because it is hurtful to some. The same applies with legal firearms ownership. Legal firearm owners do not have to balance out the actions of those who use firearms for illegal purposes to commit harm to others. The united state supreme court has held as much.

I thought ours was pretty tasty. And no hormones or antibiotics or GMO feeds is also a plus.

But anyone can go to the car dealership and buy a car or motorcycle that can exceed 180 mph.
    To paraphrase the gun grabbers.
Nobody needs a vehicle capable of 180MPH to go to the supermarket.
The only place for these vehicles is on a racetrack.
Common sense legislation would be to ban the sale of such vehicles.
And of course the classic; if it saves the life of just one child, it's worth it.

It's the thin end of the wedge. This is how 'theocracies' arise.

Yes but of course the legislature and the courts can and do determine what is legal ownership and which arms are allowed.

actually unlike gun manufacturers the auto industry does continuously improve cars to make them safer.
