    The President will veto it, but Hilary Clinton is a bit more conservative and will eventually pass it later on. Delay those investment options until after 2016.

    I am not sure what you mean; mass transit of goods and services covers every Thing commerce has to offer. It really was that simple, from inception.

    What about the needs of citizenry? Mass transit clearly does NOT cover all of their needs, and I disagree that it covers all of commerce's needs. What about local deliveries between vendors and suppliers where time is critical. You haven't thought this through.

    Mass transit as described above could reduce "time to market" for many goods and many services, including what this thread is about; but, we should be promoting the general welfare instead of the private welfare of a mature, fossil fuel sector.
