That goes equally for both parties. If you want the information (all the information) we do what Gowdy suggested. Hold a video taped deposition. That way the witness has to answer all questions in their entirety and we can review the recorded video less any classified intelligence. Comey knows the difference between a deposition and an open hearing which is why he never held open hearings with any witness in his life. A deposition doesn't give the witness any wiggle room and gives the questioner the ability to dig down without time limits.

No problem at all. When the Democrats take over in January, recall Comey and read his closed door transcript into the record, publicly. Ask him one question: Is this an accurate record of the closed door testimony ? Then adjourn.
