And that gets really convoluted since Gulf War one never officially ended, is there was never a peace treaty signed, and in fact hostillities had essentially already recommenced prior to Bush taking office

I´m not wrong. Merkel oversteps such things again and again. She decides and then later on when evrything is running already, her minions agree. This was working until AfD went into parliament.

    Its called Fraktionszwang.

Well early military aviation, He is largely the reason we had aircraft Carriers in the pacific fleet. he was cashiered for having the temerity to prove the top brass in both the army and navy wrong. He was belatedly and sadly posthumously reinstated, and the B-25 Mitchell medium bomber was named after him. This was in the 20's and 30's as memory serves.

Germany, France and the UK among other UN countries filed a complaint of non-compliance with the agreement ?

    Please cite your info.

But now in addition to having Iran supporting terrorism and not acknowledging Israel you can add they are now back developing nukes.
If Spanky wanted to sanction Iran over your 2 issues he could have done so without killing the nuke deal. Then he could have that one off the list and wouldn't look like he reneged.

Do you really believe that Iran wasn't still working on nukes this whole time? Or that they ever intended to stall their work on nukes for a few years just because they signed a piece of paper.

Hitler signed a piece of paper once on Belgian neutrality, you know that's exactly what he called it, "a scrap of paper"

Why on earth does anyone expect evil dictators to abide by agreements just because they are written down?

As a matter of fact I do think they stalled their work.
It was easy to verify they sent most of their 3.7% uranium to Russia.
It was also easy to see they reduced their centrifuges and modified their nuke power plant.
It was also pretty clear inspectors could verify those things.
Your just trying to hide a bad decision.

The Iran deal is just another term for caving to their demands. These nuts will never be appeased.

As someone mentioned earlier an inspection at the convenience of the inspectee is no inspection at all.
I don't trust the Iranians or the Russians AT ALL. And the fact that other countries do only shows their left leaning incompetence.

Being afraid of war. If far worse than the war itself and gets far more people killed.

I know you don't trust Trump, nor do I but i trust him infinitely more than Russia or Iran.

Experts say it was working. Extreme ideologues thought otherwise. Choose your source. I did.

It was working huh? How many more years until the Iranian government could start making nuclear weapons because the agreement ran out?

And an expert is a guy from out of town with a brief case not necessarily anyone who actually knows anything, and given many of these experts believed Iraq had WMD and assured us the the family Kim could make no more nuclear weapons in our life time during the Clinton presidency I'c say you have far to much trust in experts who have proven at best rather inexpert if not completely incompetent.

He has a long way to go before he even approaches the Cheney/Bush crew. Within 6 months of taking office, there was blood running in the streets of NY and DC while their crack national security team sat and picked their noses. Then by the time they were in office for 18 months they started two bloody multi trillion dollar wars which we are still engaged in. Unless Trump gets duped into bombing Iran and setting the whole Middle East on fire, he can’t match those scumbags.

Wrong! Short memory. The "experts" who said Iraq had WMD were GWBush's hand picked liars. I knew it at the time and I knew we were being shoved down a hall of lies and mirrors by liars and war hawks who would cost us dearly in the end. BUSH, not CLINTON.

Yes indeed you are wrong. Like every leftist of the day you quickly forgot that most of the info Bush acted upon came mostly from French and British sources because under Clinton most of our humint resources in the region had gone by the way side and we were increasingly reliant on eyes in the sky.

Ahh, so you are one of those conspiracy theorist that think the whole world including the Atomic Energy Agency are out to get us.
Okay. Now I know not to pay any attention to your ill informed claims.

And at the time Democrats were questioning and rejecting an invasion far, far more than Republicans. BUSH was at the helm and he created "The Office of Special Plans" to falsify data and concoct justification for an invasion. Colin Powell first opposed and later was "persuaded" by the Bush Gang, later to say it was his worst error. BUSH ordered a hasty invasion to stop the UN investigators' report from coming out and showing there were no WMD. BUSH was responsible for the hasty, unnecessary, ill-advised invasion that cost us dearly.... --more than $2 TRILLION after lying that it would be over in a week because Iraqis would greet us with flowers and joy.

Right, you trust Trump who has openly, publicly stated that he trusts Putin more than he trusts our own Intelligence. WTF???

You can either inspect anywhere at any time..... or inspecting is effectively meaningless and an exercise in needless futility.

Yes, but no good ones that directly answer my initial questions. So far I have gotten the standard blame the libs response which is a predictable deflection. Been a couple days since I have read the responses so I still have many to look over. I doubt any will claim that we are better off post Iran deal though. I will tell you if I find different.

You mean that invasion almost all of them voted for. And lets not forget we were already at least technically at war if not actually at war during the Clinton administration

As far as I know Iran was not attacking ships off their coastline nor shooting down our drone while we were part of the Iran deal. To say “The aggression we see from Iran, has nothing to do with Trump pulling out of the deal” is a baseless claim.

An invasion is the only way that happens. I would prefer Trump have face to face talks to resolve our differences and move us away from being enemies to adversaries or even allies. I doubt many Americans have the stomach for another war after what happened in Iraq and Afghanistan. I think Trump underestimated the will of Iran and overestimated his own dream making prowess.
