I honestly don't know. I think the reason why people think it's white people it's because most of the people in the country are white and a racist people normally don't share their racism against the race with the race they are racist against.

Case in point I'm seen as white for all intents and purposes is I am. I have encountered personally more racist white people because they think I might agree with them because I'm white.

I've seen racist black people I've heard them speak have watch their YouTube channels. But I don't come across them often probably because they don't tell white people that they I think there is some sort of inferior race. People are rarely vocal about that because it's become a taboo.

So it's hard to gauge based on my experiences.

I imagine it's probably pretty equal per capita across the board. You might see it more among less developed cultures but that makes perfect sense.

And then we also have ethnic prejudices where you have several different white groups that hate each other. Americans not liking the Irish or the Italians or the Jewish people. These are all white people.
