I agree with your essential sentiment.

"Copypasta Trollbait" certainly exists on BOTH sides of the political spectrum.

I guess, some people may consider it "fun" to sometimes try to convince people that they may be viewing things through a distorted prism.

(After all, killing time at places like PF should be a "fun diversion").

Nobody should take anything said here seriously, beyond just online diversion.

For me, I just don't have the kind of time on my hands (like I used to, several internet lifetimes ago) to get into long online "debates" trying to refute someone who is totally "convinced" that "1+1=3".

But, yeah, I certainly consider all situations on a case-by-case basis.

    Good post. :salute:

Always. If someone has taken the time to say something to me, I feel it's only respectful to respond.

Usually I respond. That is a sign of politeness. But when I am insulted I must respond in kind.

My aim is to always respond. However, if someone acts like an ********, it's off to the ignore-list with them.

It doesn't really matter what their opinions are. Heck, I'd bet there's not a single person on this forum who agrees entirely with my political views. But if people decide to act like dicks, I'm not going to consider them worth listening to at all.

i figured I would *bump* this, so that Trump's RW Fanboys don't continue to even waste their time trying to get my attention.

Once again, totally LMAO at anybody who thinks that they can get my attention by quoting me.

I would recommend that they stick to their usual "contribution" by going back to liking
each other's posts in their RW Sewing Circle "Trump is God/Libs Bad" threads.

Anybody thinking that they can get my attention by quoting me? :roflol:

Even the people that I took off of ignore (for the uproarious laughter that the RW provides) seem to have gone back to their old tricks.

Of course, when people have nothing more to to offer (as a way of "content") beyond obsessing over threads from years ago, or posting repetitive immature RW memes:

Responding (in any fashion) is a complete waste of time.

    Still:

People still think that they can get my attention by quoting me?:roflol:

I respond almost every time with the exception of commentary by certain members who lack the competency required to understand complex thought,

I'm probably at about 60-70%. Not all responses to my posts need a reply or deserve one.

You just wait a year before responding (check when I made that post...)?

Well, I wasn't responding to a quote. That said, if I had checked, I would have realized it was a Lazarus thread, and I should have left it alone. Why do people insist on resurrecting dead threads?

Idk, not sure why this thread is still active. The last time I commented was in 2017 on this thread

No, people think you have an inferiority complex. I hope I never quoted any of your acerbic and negative posts
