Your biased RW libertarian source has no bearing on the OP topic.

Personally, I have always approved of significant aspects of Trump's "agenda" - e.g., his immediately replacing 'ObamaCare' with "something terrific!" that covers "everybody!", as well as his vow to lower Rx costs by allowing Medicare to negotiate them with Big Pharma.

If you take exception to most Americans consistently disapproving of Trump's performance as well as their electing his predecessor to two terms that he completed with 58% approval, that is your prerogative, of course. The fact that Americans assigned Clinton even higher numbers speaks for itself as well, but you need not agree with them.

You role as spokesperson for Black Americans and Mexican Americans is duly noted.

What Democratic agenda would you like to see? What practical, do-able, actual things should Democrats have on their agenda? Give me the top 5. You may expound upon them as much as you wish, or bullet points will do.

Indeed. Do we need to hear another reason why Democrats oppose the wall, and want to give amnesty to every Illegal Alien?

Rather, I'll try to stay on topic. What should the Democratic agenda be to win back poorly-educated Whites?

Briefly, facilitate their recovery by funding re-training programs for those who have been displaced by technology and other corporate profit-saving moves. Provide adequate social support services to address drug, alcohol and other social ills associated with poverty. Insure an adequate safety net that includes quality family health care coverage during the unavoidable transition. Promote new businesses in disenfranchised communities by a broad range of incentives. Assist local communities in providing a quality educational system.

What else do you intend to do with them and their American born children?

The goal of improving the lot of all Americans transcends the matter of demographic inevitabilities.

The Democrats would not know how to do it if it hits them between the eyes.

    Eye witnesses are notoriously unreliable.

Factual credible statistics from non partisan sources are acceptable.

In other words you don't have any viable alternatives.

The OP starts the same thread over and over. I suppose that is mentally easy way to deal with losing the debate - just start the same topic as still another new thread.

But for the lowest educated demographics - blacks and Latinos - the Democratic Party would only qualify as an irrelevant 3rd party.

Have a suggestion, though. Lock the borders tight. Throw out all he illegal aliens that are mixed in with the Law in the least. Do away with sanctuaries. Amend the Constitution.

    For starters.

There’s no such thing as reliable statistics. Statistics are manipulated by these with an agenda.

I would think the Dems would likely use the same methods they have always used to attract so many less educated people to their party.

    And now, the specifics ...

How do we fund that? Every member of congress - all 575 of them - will want a piece of that pie, you know.

Medicaid/Obamacare already does a lot of that. I know a poor young person who got addicted to opioids who got free medical treatment and medicine that way who is now drug-free. If these social ills are associated with poverty, then it seems to me that it is poverty that we should be addressing.

I'm a moderate independent conservative, a lonely place, btw. Anyways ... I agree with the goal. The how part is where the debate is. We have Medicaid for poor people, don't we? "Insure an adequate safety net that includes quality family health care coverage during the unavoidable transition" ... by doing what?

You're almost sounding like a conservative now. What incentives?

    How?

The last thing you want is a giant federal school welfare bureaucracy throwing money at schools, subject to political pressure from every member of congress from Hawaii to Maine. And you are not going to pass such a program unless every member of congress is guaranteed to get a piece of the pie, which, of course, means the whole thing would turn into a wasteful boondoggle. 575 members of congress are going to demand "fairness" to their particular district and state.

IMO, the educational system can be improved while keeping funding at the state level.

Staying on topic, if these things will help win back middle and lower class people to the Democrats, there has to be a "how" explained. Otherwise, it just sounds like nice platitudes.
