I remember this accident and have flown as a passenger around the Hawaiian Islands. This video is very interesting and not intended to frighten passengers or crew, has information we all might use. A flight attendant was killed. I have flown from the Big Island, Hawaii, to Oahu so this means a lot to me. It is very interesting to be able to follow the flight. Hope some of you learn and can perhaps discuss it. Do you recall this flight?

I remember it. I'm partial to rivets over epoxy. But since I don't have to fly on the job I don't fly at all.

I believe they pinpointed problems with the epoxy joints.

    I prefer rivets too.

This is a good one to watch. The plane takes off and the pilots the learn the stabilizer has problems. The stabilizer is on the top of the tail and is horizontal.

Follow the flight and put yourself in the pilot's seat. Imagine you must fix it to survive. Or learn something new to try.
