    It's use of what?

    Evidence doesn't require the use of anything. That doesn't make any sense.

    Evidence can be gathered and then presented, or it can be presented immediately. It depends on the situation. Evidence of crimes are presented to law enforcement. Evidence for civil infractions are presented in court.

    What we have here is neither. It's a fact-free, evidence-free conspiracy theory taken to the highest levels of US jurisprudence. It's a disaster. It's embarrassing.

    Is Melania laughing along with Justin? Probably. I'm not laughing. I'm a proud American.

    But you still have to predicate your allegation on something compelling to the court, and Team Trump has failed to do even that.

    Moreover, it has to be compelling because of the timeline, no judge is going to stall certification because of some wild ass allegations.

    Sorry, won't happen. Supreme Court will either rule against it or FAR more likely, not rule on it at all in which case the lower courts' rulings will stand.

    Trump has, AFAICT not won even ONE of the cases he has brought to court, some of which were Trump appointees who still dismissed the cases with pretty strong prejudice. I don't care if every single ONE of the SCOTUS judges were recent Trump appointees and Trump holds all their families hostage at Guantanamo, they will NOT rule in his favor and I don't see where this AG gets off saying they will, except she wants a job running Mar-A-Lago

    That is so incredibly stupid that it has to be a put on. I can't picture anyone with at least three firing neurons believing the smallest part of that. Surely you cannot believe that, not and claim belonging as a homo sapien.
