    Why not? You'd prefer people who are incapable or unwilling to take care of their children be able to create them?

    Think of it as a permanent abortion if it helps you.

    Yeah it would be hard to make Zambians look intelligent, not having basic schooling and only have the technology they have been given through cultural appropriation.

    Doubtful, since most can neither read nor write, and they have poor cognitive reasoning capabilities as indicated by their IQ tests.

    It would probably be an upgrade for me in terms of opponents though.

    Kids are very $ in the US. Used to be grandma watched the kids or the wife could stay at home, watch the kids while hubby put in 30 years at one company and retired with a pension. That American way of life is all gone.

    Sure I do. It is the ability to think and reason, and in the practical application of knowledge using math, analytical thought, and memory. All things they do not excel in. The ability to use math and how to think analytically is knowledge, I'm afraid. It's a taught skill.

    I suppose they finally developed a written language, not that it does them much good when the majority can neither read nor write.

    No. As the ability to reason and think developed, so too did spoken language, and then written language followed that. For those who didn't continue to advance past spoken language, clearly they did not develop to the extent other cultures did.

    Written language, you see, is a primary component of things that require planning. Constructing buildings, for example.

    And again missing the point that IQ tests are designed to NOT require knowledge, because they’re trying to measure intelligence, not education.

    Now, if you know your audience has certain base knowledge, you can get away with shortcuts that take advantage of that, because if everyone in the population has that same knowledge, it won’t affect the test outcomes.

    But IQ tests are at base pattern recognition and the ability to draw logical inferences — “if this, then that.” No knowledge required, at least in theory.

    Which is, again, irrelevant to IQ, in principle.

    Which is ALSO irrelevant to IQ.

    BTW, Zambia has buildings.
