"Some" rich, like Obama, Biden, Pelosi...The vast majority pay 90% of the income taxes.

BS, its actually growing. People have figured out that the "old way" of working is actually best cause the kids get proper attention and up bringing. The father can focus on work and put in more than 40 hrs or go on trips or just be the best at his job, allowing him to get promoted faster and raises more.

I'm not missing anything. Math, language, analytical skills and all of the other parts of the IQ test require that knowledge to be imparted by getting an education.

Getting an education is not something Zambians, or most of subsahran Africa, are interested in.

IQ is as much about the capacity to learn as it is being able to use applied knowledge.

"In five studies with more than 5,000 participants, we found that liberals think more analytically...than moderates and conservatives" (Talhelm et al., 2014). Hmmm, so fascist eugenicists would need to increase liberalism to increase analytical thinking. A paradox no less!

Tell that to the people who invented and design such tests. The entire POINT of IQ tests is to be able to measure intelligence independent of education.
    http://www.seemypersonality.com/IQ-Test

The IQ test consists of a number of tasks measuring various measures of intelligence including short-term memory, analytical thinking, mathematical ability and spatial recognition. Like all IQ tests it does not attempt to measure the amount of information you have learned but rather your capacity to learn.

Read what you highlighted again, but slower this time. Analytical thinking and math are all dependent on education, and you can't be educated if you are illiterate.

Oh, so people pop out of the womb doing trig and if/then comparisons.

Do they also pop out speaking English if they're born in the US?

IQ tests do not involve Trig. And yes, if/then comparisons are a natural cognitive function.

    Sure.

I guess you pop out understanding 1+1 then?

Not necessarily the moment you're born, but part of infant cognitive development is the ability to distinguish quantities. So you wouldn't necessarily know the Arabic numeral notation, but you would have the ability to count.
    https://komodomath.com/us/blog/how-children-learn-counting-a-parents-guide

Heck, animals are able to count.
    http://www.bbc.com/future/story/20121128-animals-that-can-count

Maybe you should stop making statements about things you aren't familiar with.

    Yes. Rudimentary math.

Which is why Zambians get rudimentary results.

What's the IQ of animals that can count?

    So to recap:

    1. You make statements that make it clear you don't understand how cultural bias works, but still feel qualified to comment on it.

    2. You make statements that make it clear you don't understand the entire point of IQ tests, but still feel qualified to comment on it.

    3. You make statements that make it clear you don't understand mental development, and what requires education and what doesn't, but still feel qualified to comment on it.

    4. But it's Zambians that are stupid.

    Um ... yeah.

    Let's let's recap:

Zambians receive little to no education and have low IQ scores in a predictive fashion.

Perhaps that's why they can't figure out how to clean their own water or feed themselves.

So the solution is more Federal laws? I disagree.

Let's recap: human beings lived in caves and trees for over 200,000 years before learning how to grow their own food.

Let's recap more: Some learned how to grow their own food, some still live the same way they did 200,000 years ago.

    I never said there was.

Besides, you were just dodging the question, so I'll ask it again:

    What's your solution?

Correct. So some people are a few thousand years ahead of others. A fraction of time in the bigger picture. Are you trying to make some sort of racial correlation here? If not, then what, exactly are you trying to say?

But what about the poor starving children? Isn't that also eugenics?

How about abortion? That's the definition of eugenics, especially with PP.

You can make whatever correlation you want, since all the subsahran nations are at the bottom of the IQ list.

Worldwide IQ levels are entirely geographic, so clearly there is a correlation.

Agreed, but also supply sex education and cheap, effective birth control.
