Prostitution is illegal in most places, and regulated in the rest. Drug use for many drugs an regulated or illegal in all states. Using your body to rape another person is illegal. Heck.... In NYC you can't drink a Big Gulp or use a salt shaker in some places.

Yes, you can...since prostitution, drug use, and rape are all happening that proves people do what they want with their own bodies.
