    Donald Trump was the one that started this mess, but Iran is the one that mistakenly shot down the plane, both sides share some blame

    also both sides get some credit for not letting this escalate to another 10+ year war

    I doubt that at the very least Trump is civilized. I don't think civilized people want to harass other people.
