Just amazing! Our west coast was affected by the Tonga volcano. Have you seen the photos of the volcano:

I know, I know! Some will freak out, but I couldn't help myself. I was thinking of a Catholic prophecy about Paris.

    Hey Daddy, where's Frisco
    cause what I see
    is a big black hole
    looking back at me.

    Oh son you know,
    it went astray
    and became gay

    once in its day.

    So now it's gone,

    to be no more
    so we'll all know
    what'll be in store

    for us. - Jeannette

Yes. It didn't look very humbling or scary to me.

Meh. The wave was not big enough to make a dent.
Got some cars wet, drove the homeless off the beaches, washed the syringes and poop out to sea… and back in again.
After it was done, the hookers were hooking, the addicts were still howling, sounding as if they were the Muslim call to prayer, and the chorus of eternal emergency sirens still pierced the tranquility.
And gas is still $5 a gallon, “dollar port” wine, $2.50 a pint, heroin $50 a gram as fast as they can sell it.
The volcano was in the wrong place.

Some say it was not a volcano at all, but a nuclear explosion caused by a special torpedo from a Russian submarine.

From the satellite photos I saw the shock waves are distinct. Volcanoes don't do that.

    From Russia with love?

    Check out this interesting synchronicity...

About a week ago a "failed" Russian "Persei" rocket fell into the Pacific.

The word, Persei, originates from the name, Perseus, [hero of Greek myth.]

But back when the Russian Persei rocket fell, I put the word, Persei, into Google search and this is what came up at the top of the Google page:

    " Omicron Persei "

" Omicron Persei is a triple star system in the constellation of Perseus."

    It's from a Wiki link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omicron_Persei

Has Biden figured out how to cap it so the CO2 doesn’t out?

Yeah some are saying this. The good news is that they're in asylum. They also believe the earth is flat and that they're really Napoleon Bonaparte.

That ain't nothin compared to what might happen if the Juan de fuca plate shifts. It's long overdue by the way. The people along the coast in our Northwest would have about 10 minutes to get to high ground.

I read that they're building towers to run into but I'm not sure and would they work? I guess it depends on how high the tidal wave will be. The Juan de fuca is also connected with the San Andreas fault line.

The only thing worse would be a mega earthquake and the continent splitting along the New Madrid fault with Lake Erie pouring into the Mississippi. That possibility does exist. Those little earthquakes in Lake Erie and Indiana scares me more than anything else.

Anyway, I think prayers are needed in our country and repentance - Jonah and the whale comes to mind.

The New Madrid seismic zone is an ancient rift where the American plate tried to break apart.

Long ago I read that some geologists believe the major New Madrid earthquakes in the early 1800s were triggered by a smaller earthquake slightly north of the New Madrid zone [near the area you mentioned.]

The acid test would be collection of data at the site, near the site, to detect radiation levels. I wonder if anybody will be doing that? I wonder if anybody will be publishing that data if it's collected?

Not really, they just understand that many times in life, things are not exactly as the media describe them, things are not what they appear to be. Wise men learn that at an early age, some men never understand it. That is what magicians specialize in, making things appear different than they really are.

I'm neutral on this one, waiting to see how things play out. Peace out, scout.

    Interesting you would mention Napoleon.

In Putin's biography, "First Person", when he was asked what political leader does he find the most interesting... Putin replied: "Napoleon Bonaparte" [then he laughed.]

In that same biography, Putin said something very profound about why he wanted to become a spy.

" What amazed me most of all was how one man's effort could achieve what whole armies could not. "

It wasn't. I was on the ocean beach that weekend clam digging. The surf was bigger than usual, but nothing dramatic.

I believe that most conservatives follow the custom of the old Africans who would hold their newborn offspring up to the starry sky and say: "Behold , the only thing greater than yourself"

Unfortunately they use a picture of Donald Trump nowadays.

If it happened in Washington D.C. Lindsay Graham would tell the Capitol Police to use their guns.
