But anyway I don't really recall many posters going out of their way to defend Trump's activities with a pornstar while his wife is preggers. but even then, that doesn't mean that the rest of the world gets a free pass for shameful activities.

for example: I remember similar discussions when the whole College Scandal came out and they had absolutely nothing to do with Trump but immediately he was dragged into the conversation questioning how he got into his business school, etc. it was silly.

Honestly I think all of us can take a moment to maybe reflect on the things we read in the things we type and try to improve the civility, I get it right about 80% I guess. then the other 20 I'm a snarky little bastard. Maybe for New Year's I'll resolve to cut that down to 10%.

I don’t know which thread you are referring to but you the level of animosity and worship trump receives means he will be interjected in many threads where he may not have been. It’s similar to Clinton and Obama and how they are still thrown in many arguments.
