What do you believe the constitution says on the issue? I will direct you to Article 1 Section 3 if you want your opinion to be based off of fact instead of emotion.
I just posted the quote right from the constitution. All it states is that removal and disqualification frim future office is the MAXIMUM penalty. Not the required penalty.
I tend to agree on what was and will be the outcome. And we are left with the fact that Clinton committed multiple felonies in a federal court and then a federal grand jury and the Democrats said perjury, subornation of perjury, obstruction of justice and witness tampering in a matter before a federal court and then a federal grand jury did not rise to the level of impeachment and removal from office. Yet Trump who has not been accused of a crime, there is no evidence of a crime, there are no charges of crime in spite of over 3 years of investigations, questionable partisan driven investigations, according to the Democrats should be impeached and removed for uncharged obstruction of justice and carrying out his Constitutional authority and DUTY.
The biggest mistake i see that Trump made was having Giuliani in Ukraine. After the testimony i believe he was there because Trump trusted him and his assessment of Ukraine and did not trust his ambassadorial staff there I don't like Giuliani but. It was nothing more than a mistake on Trump's part.
We should all be able to agree that Ukraine was a mess and no Americans should have had any business dealings there.. if for no other reason thsn to avoid the appearance of corruption and I bet a lot of Americans noth in business and government too advantage of the Ukrainian cash cow.
Appearance of corruption? Appearance of anything has been completely thrown out of the window. It has been for a while.
Funny how the Trump supporters believe that only pro Trump people should decide Trump's fate. Any witness is only believable if they are pro Trump & if they testify something bad for Trump, they are immediately classified as anti-Trumpers. I Think Trump supporters are confusing loyalty to Trump with Loyalty to country. If the impeachment makes it to the US Senate, Roberts will preside. Trump has no influence over Roberts, Roberts has already shown he is more interested in what is right than party politics. Who will testify for Trump under oath when so many were involved in the scheme.
