So what? Even you, who has as much familiarity with the Mueller Report as you do with ancient Greek writings that burned in Alexandria, try to express opinions about the report. Which you have not read, and wouldn't understand it if you did.

Napolitano has been a Fox stooge for Bonespurs, and he says outright that he obstructed justice.

Split 10% between several churches after a little research on how they spend the money they have. Give $1M each to my brother and my wife's sister. Build a nice, self sufficient house on several hundred secluded acres. My MIL is 84 and is battling dementia. I might hire a married couple and while she is helping MIL and keeping house, he can be a handyman and take care of the grounds and some livestock. I would build my parents a home to their specifications and give them some spending money. Dad would have a nice wood shop and Mom would have a fully stocked quilting room. Dad is a retired carpenter. I would allow for family members to build homes on sections of my land if they want to "commune". My kids would get a free college education. Once I was settled in and the major spending is done, I would help some friends out. I would keep $50M or more to pay for taxes and fund hobbies for the rest of my life. I would spend most of my retirement learning neat skills like building cars, woodworking with Dad, quilting with Mom, and fishing. My kids would inherit what is left when Mrs. Texan and I die.

After paying whatever taxes I owe, the government can suck an egg.

Okay, $250 million is a nice thought. But if you want to talk about real money, give me a $trillion and I'll solve the problem of carbon emissions from fossil fuels. A great deal of progress has been made in the last 15 years. The price of carbon-neutral fuels from algae are approaching the market price of petroleum products - down from $30 a gallon or more, with some claims of $5 a gallon. For a $trillion we could permanently end the need for petroleum. And I'd wager we could do it in five years.

How would you deal with the oil companies, which might be very sad?

For my own idea this is what I would post:

    I would
    1. work with the govt to follow standard policy on what the tax rate is
to pay on a lottery win
    2. then try to negotiate the best way to donate or invest the money
in building campus sites, where the maximum is written off as the maximum tax deduction,
    including
    a. campus plan to save historic Freedmen's Town as a self-governing district
where education and training would be set up to teach leadership in sustainable development
in govt reform and restitution for corporate abuses paid back to taxpayers
    www.campusplan.org
    www.freedmenstown.com
    b. expanded campus development along the Border to create jobs, education
and services as restitution for trafficking and other crimes
    www.rightsfortheworkers.org
    www.earnedamnesty.org
    c. other site plans to preserve national landmarks by investing in educational and job training to restore national treasures such as the Headwaters Forest in CA, including saving endangered redwoods, wildlife and river ecosystems

NOTE: if setting up campus sites for training residents in military or medical service can be deducted 100% from taxes through either a business or church program, then I would subtract the maximum legal deductions from the taxes paid to govt as required on the win by law. Part of the purpose in setting up campuses is to train people to build and manage their own programs to reduce dependence on govt or handouts. So this investment would still be in the public, just not through govt but subtracted from it.

I'd keep the 75 grand a year then start looking for entrepreneurs to invest with. My goal would be put as many people to work as possible.

Keep a small (but with superb interior design/furnishings, of course) city apartment, and several thousand acres of pristine country above 1000 metres, with at least one river. I MIGHT also keep a beach shack. A 'cold weather' kind of beach, where the fishing is excellent. I'd retain an additional amount to live off. That would all set me back about $20m. I'd then make sure every relative owned property and had $1m to invest - that's another $20m. The remaining $210m would go to charity.

I would create a charity so I know the money is going where I want it to then I would proceed to give it all away.

My reward is in Heaven, not here on Earth.

While I am here God provides me with what He believes I need.

If I won that money its because He wants me to use it in some way so I wouldn't even consider it mine.

Retire, buy a nice house and some cars. Invest half in banks to live off the interest and with the other half, buy/build houses to rent and set a company up to manage those.

The houses will increase in value, the rents will maintain them, pay staff and the rest retained in the business. I would structure the business so my lads would benefit from the company dividends but not own the company so they can't sell the houses etc.. The guy that founded IKEA did the same structure with his business.

First I'd make my self a corporation and hire Trump's accountants so I don't have to pay any taxes.

By Norwegian standards and currency I'd be a billionaire, with around 2 billion by current day conversion rates.

What I'd spend that money on:
1 million would go into buying a good and large house. ($249 million)
100 million would be donated to various charities, organizations and other groups/individuals I find worth my support. ($149 million)
100 million would be saved up and put into a savings account. ($49 million)
I'd definitely be spending a couple hundred thousand if not a million or more on artists. Anime, Furry, musicians, you name it. Buying music, art commissions, etc. (~$48 million)
Finish my forklift licenses and heavy machinery licenses. Like. For all types including excavators. They are reeeeally fun to drive, and I ain't gonna deny it either. (~$47-46 million)
I'd buy up a couple sites and their forums, kicking out the current staff and adding actual competent people in staff positions. (~$46-45 million)

Apart from that, I'd spend and keep the rest as I can't think of anything else currently.

Easily, you just develop more expensive tastes.
and then by the time you developed a habit, the money runs out.
