Can someone please tell me what makes these arrogant, right wing, talk show host think they are smarter than everyone else.

Most have never done Jack, but they are experts on politics, the military, business, etc.

I wish more athletes, actors, business folks and every day citizens would speak up when they see injustices, political BS, etc. being done.

Welllllllll . . . mostly they listen to ignorant leftists spout off with their emotion's centered perspective on issues and then after the Right of Center talk show hosts finish laughing about it they reply in a pithy manner.

Actually they need to not just speak but only if they know what they’re talkig about. They need to DO something. And some do. But plenty just talk. They don’t put their wealth where their mouth is.

Why not, Limbaugh, Hannity, Gallagher, Ingram, etc. run their mouths everyday and they don't know what the hell they are talking about.

Pay more attention, many of them put a lot of their money where their mouth is. You need to tell these blabbing ass right winger talk show host to do that.

And so does every nightly talk show host and a bunch of politicians if we want to take it that far:). But there’s a difference. Many Actors or athletes talk about income inequality but make ridiculous amounts of money for little “work” and a lot of play and they dont give back. They talk about gun control yet pay armed guards to protect them. They talk about how bad walls are, yet live behind very large walls, nice and safe. They talk about capitalism being bad yet make millions off capitalism. They talk about big evil corporations, yet are employed by them or paid by them through endorsements. They talk about the state of inner cities yet moved out as quickly as they could, never to return. It’s called hypocrisy.

Rush isn’t a hypocrite in the same way a loud mouthed athlete or actor is, since his JOB is to give his political opinion. An athlete runs and catches a ball. An actor acts. Their opinion is fairly meaningless unless they put their money where their mouth is. Understand? And I said some do help out. But MANY do very little or think showing up somewhere and signing autographs is actually helping anyone, when all they’re doing is endorsing themselves.

Going from ghetto to multi-millionaire doesn't necessarily mean that the person is intelligent.

It is hard to explain, when you believe in the First Amendment, The Foxy Blonde Legs Channel has me wanting to stick my member into their mouths too much for me to think about justifying what I say:

“…when I take a stance on something, all I can talk to you about it how I feel about it and why. And I don't have to justify it, and you don't have to listen to it...” (Whoopi Goldberg on Hollywood Politics Friday, February 02, 2007 Fox News)

    The Left:

“I believe in first Amendment and BOOBS”
    https://youtu.be/vbr-F7WsChI

In the “Me Too” environment, a person could lose the right to a job by saying, "Shut up and suck," in response to “Shut up and dribble.”

Seriously, we all think we have something to say or we would not be here.

I hate to be rude, crude, and socially unattractive, but blonde bimboism justifies it.

I prefer college basketball to the NBA but just because le Bron did cone out of the ghetto and his only experience us basketball does not mean he lacks native intelligence. Let's see what he does with himself after hus Carter as an entertainer us over and maybe he will show hus intelligence if it is there. Maybe not.

Gee, substitute the word "athlete" for
"right wing talk show host" and you've made an ironically good point. What makes athletes think their opinion is noteworthy or especially insightful?

At least political commentators have to be familiar with public policy and issues in order to opine and hold an audience.
People like LeBron James? Not so much. He is qualified to throw a ball through a hoop, and that's about it.

Ingraham earned a B.A. degree from Ivy League Dartmouth and a law degree from University of Virginia.
And LeBron James? Well, he graduated from high school...period!

As a citizen James has a right to voice an opinion. But we aren't required to respect it or pay attention.
People don't buy overpriced tickets to NBA games for the wisdom of the athletes. You ought to realize that somehow.

Right wing radio & TV talking heads telling others in the sports / entertainment world to keep their political comments to themselves? It seems these right wing lunatic politicos have reserved freedom of speech on political matters for themselves - and no one else, certainly not athletes, celebrities etc. No one else is allowed to comment - a bunch of airheads - all of them.

I'm thinking LeBron has enough brass to not worry about what others say about him.

Interesting to see people coming to his defense. I guess they don't think he does.

Nope, I never mentioned James. But I will come to the defense of anyone who is told to "shut up" about political matters by a member of the lunatic right wing media noise machine.....

Well, this is a thread about him.

But I do the same thing with members of the lunatic left wing noise machine. And trust me, there are 20 times more of them, so, it can be quite the workout.

Ingraham should shut up and get dinner on the table!

Nothing misogynistic about that just like nothing racist about Ingraham's comment.

No matter their profession, no person's opinion should matter unless their opinion has been asked for.

Ingraham earned a B.A. degree at Dartmouth College in 1985 and a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Virginia School of Law in 1991. As a Dartmouth undergraduate, she was a staff member of the independent conservative newspaper, The Dartmouth Review. In her senior year, she was the newspaper's editor-in-chief,[5] its first female editor.

In the late 1980s, Ingraham worked as a speechwriter in the Ronald Reagan administration for the Domestic Policy Advisor.[11] She also briefly served as editor of The Prospect, the magazine issued by Concerned Alumni of Princeton. After law school, in 1991, she served as a law clerk for Judge Ralph K. Winter, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, in New York and subsequently clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. She then worked as an attorney at the New York-based law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.[12] In 1995, she appeared on the cover of The New York Times Magazine in a leopard-print miniskirt in connection with a story about young conservatives.[13]

I think she's more qualified to speak on just about any subject far more than that ignorant racist misogynist Lebron James - and I don't even like Ingraham.

Free Speech is a beautiful thing, but I don't have to care what Lebron says.
