Does it? Being as I have never advocated violence against anyone based on their political ideological or cultural divisiveness. This surprises me. I am the guy that can work next to a KKK man, and not care as long as he does his job well. But I don't want him infecting my political party with his nasty slimy views.

Sure, calling people a "virus" because they have different opinions than you. I recommend a nice walk in the woods and a break from politics or some new hobby.

Guess what. I assume and expect that you can handle all this non-violently. I recommend you take a little more care before hinting I am fomenting violence by hurting your feelings. Its irresponsible. We both know that you are an adult, and you are plenty used to a long established tradition of free speech offending parties who do not get violent, because they too, are used to this notion of free and often very offensive speech. Its part of life from sea to shining sea.

Well, I'm not on the left so you're correct about the lack of violence. If I call you a "metastisizing cancer". You would be fine with it?

I am not on the right. I would shake my head, but not a fist. What's more I would never suggest that you would either or accuse you of fomenting violence.

You dont think such rhetoric inspires political violence? It's irresponsible and can trigger those who are unstable to begin with. Not helpful in an atmosphere of increasing, political violence, especially on the left. They may not hold the patent, but lately they hold a monopoly.

Nope. Not in the least. The total unmitigated contempt and disgust that I feel for those who voted for Trump and continue to defend him, deserves complete and unmuted expression by as many Americans that feel it. Its what this country is all about. Now if I were to recommend or justify violence or become an apologist for politically motivated violence , you'd be right. I did not, nor have I ever.

Calling you fellow Americans a "virus" is hateful rhetoric than can inspire violence. That's a simple fact.

Virtually any offensive political statement can inspire the same. Its an expression of the loathing I feel for those responsible for the ignominy of the rise of America's wanna-be Fuhrer. The fact that they are Americans makes what they are facilitating all the more disgraceful. Insofar as our collective free speech rights have always held the risk that some weaker minds may not be able handle provocative or controversial political statements, that not a justification to shame all provocative or controversial political statements. If someone has the propensity for violence based on nothing more than offensive statements, let the laws of our state address that problem.
