I finally experienced white privelege

Yes you're right, if they're basing their opinion on your white skin, they're seeing you as less of a threat than someone that's black or Hispanic. That's just a fact.

Anytime you don't fit in for some reason or another- you encounter some level of discrimination. If your height makes someone look small- that becomes an issue. Can't be best man for example, because the groom is short and doesn't want that emphasized. Height gets you picked for basketball, but is not so good for wrestling..... Short women tend to prefer someone closer to their heights, so they don't seem to be dwarfs.

Like or not, discrimination happens for all kinds of reasons. Some politicians are telling their followers to run those who disagree out of public places because they don't want those who disagree to have freedom. Rosanna Arquette (actress) winds up apologizing for being born white- because of the BS being promoted by discrimination bullying the weaker people into being ashamed for being born- in this case, for being born white.

Any time you start a sentence with "according to the New York TImes. . ." I tune out because thee days I trust NOTHING that they report. They were caught this past week admitting that they manufactured all their Russia collusion reporting until that was complete blown up by Mueler. I think there is some science that says tall people generally do have lower IQs.

I've never been discriminated against because I'm white (to my knowledge). I have been discriminated against because of my beard. I wasn't allowed on the plane because the idiots at the airport couldn't tell the difference between a white Baptist American law student and a middle eastern Muslim terrorist. They finally let me on when they realized they had nothing on me, but I was the last one on.

 

This is subjective, or individual taste. My 4'10" grandmother married my 6'4" grandfather. I myself at 6'2" have dated a woman who was 4'5", and no, that's not a typo. Her dates/mates have not all been as tall as me, but she always dates at least 5'9" or taller. I met her family, her parents were only 5' tall or so, but they had four tall kids and then this tiny one in the middle (3rd born).

Since IQ is hereditable, that just means taller families are smarter than shorter families. In any case, the average IQ difference between parents and children and among children of the same parents is only five points, so the smartest kid in the family is likely not much more than 10 or 15 IQ points higher than the dumbest one. I'm the oldest, smartest, and tallest kid in my family.

This story reminds me of another one out of northwest Indiana when I was living there shortly after 9/11. They held up the train into Chicago because the idiots running the train couldn't tell the difference between an Orthodox Jew and a middle eastern Muslim.
