I find it highly doubtful that a german shepherd pup would be inadvertently affected in his or her training by contact with an adoring human female.

I have a girlfriend and children. So No I'm not gay (I don't know why it matters). Back to my point.

They will be walking him on there own at times and they do not need an over excited nut job dog that's out of control. Plus it's my responsibility to make sure my pup becomes a well behaved adult dog.

The post is about lack of respect boundaries women have on occasions. I felt like it's an interesting topic and this is definitely the correct place to post it.

The way you are acting suggests to me it seems you have trouble with forming relationships with women. Perhaps that is why you're projecting your anger onto me ?

Possibly because I'm avoiding harmful interactions with women for my puppys wellbeing and I'm choosing not to engage women approaching me on the street, the idea hurts you ....

Is it some sort of jealousy and you're wishing you got the same attention from women as my puppy? Possibly can't deal with the fact that I'm regecting interaction with women approaching me.

Let me sum up the premise of your OP and subsequent arguments: women interacting with my dog = bad, men interacting with my dog = good. All of this in the forum topic about Women’s Rights, get it?

 

Not at all. Man or women conditioning my puppy to be in an excited state around strangers = BAD.

It's the foundations of dog training to teach them to be calm, polite and respectful citizen while out in public.

As it's one gender that seems to have lack of respect my personal boundaries the most I thought it was interesting to discuss to why that is.

In my eyes it's perfectly acceptable for me to avoid interactions with women that I feel that harming my puppies development. No need to white knight or have a problem with that.

 

We are even then, because I am also finding it quite difficult to entertain your proposition from your OP and your choice to having chose this topic of all those available in this forum to complain about an asymmetry between men and women as they approach you and your new puppy and the lack of respect you perceive between these men and women, strangers both I presume. I have had several dogs and none have suffered from affectionate contact from any human at any point in their life. But please, do reply with further bs deflections. People disgust me who claim to love animals but keep their dog cooped up in their apartment the whole day long …. also people who do not respect dog training.

I hear that all the time my dog is trained/fine and it's clearly not the case.

Literally just came back from a walk and I was approached by a puppy molester and her nut job dog. Her dog was going crazy on the lead "he's a good dog , it's ok", holding a shorterned h fiberglass hiking pole (which appeared her dog was scared off ) obviously gets beaten when people are not looking. No thank you... "You're not comming anywhere bear Finn, bye bye".

I'm not saying this is you. But what people think is "a good dog" is different.

Dogs are capable of turly amazing things . They just need the right guidance.

I think I will follow a time tested method of socialisation and not set my puppy up for failure. If not allowing women to excite my pup upsets you so be it.

 

I agree with this . It's why there is so many dogs in shelters lack of training and irrisponsible owners.
