It's not that idont care it's that my time is of most importance, as is yours. To be thorough in your research is to be next to god. Your fight is not mine, its not my responsibility to fight your fight.

 

And you wouldn't care if someone said, "Well, my time is important, so I can't be bothered to look into chattel slavery and the US's racial injustices against black people and all that stuff. You can care about what happened to black people, but your fight is not mine, not I'm not responsible to fight your fight"? Be honest about how you would react to that. Be honest. If I were to change my position to that today, do you really expect me to believe you would sit back without comment and say, "Fair enough"? We both know that isn't true.

 

Yeah I've seen the so called evidence that's how I figured out it's bullshit.

 

If I'm fairly ignorant of a subject I'm not going to blag my way through it, that's integrity.

 

Yet you wouldn't think highly of anyone who simply refused to look into chattel slavery because it "wasn't worth their time," especially if they piped in to say how much they don't care about said history in a thread where said history was the topic.

Integrity would be to do some homework here, not to loudly declare you wanted to comment but were completely unwilling to do such homework.

 

Iabsolutely wouldn't judge someone who didnt study chattel slavery....unless they wanted to be a naysayer and blame Africans for what happened in America for hundreds of years.

If someone jumped into the middle of a thread about chattel slavery and said, "Well, they were just caught in the middle of a system that already existed," you'd know why that was wrong. But you are in the exact same boat. No, your arguments are no better than those that blame Africans for chattel slavery. You are using the same logic.

That system only existed because of black folk. The war existed because of German, Turkish and British hostility in 1900 way before any Jewish involvement
