He was a good mayor and he is a business genius and seems like an honest guy !

However...I will vote trump as I cannot support an open borders guy !!

You have to admit that Bloom is far better than the other Troskys

He is an extreme gun grabber and a would be dictator, no big gulp for you. Not one iota of respect for him. None.

There are a lot of tall Jews man...
He should not insult Mike Bloomberg but I gotta admit MiniMike sounds funny and has a nice ring to it. Makes me like Bloomberg more though lol.
I am voting Bloomberg in the primary to give voters a real choice.

What I "need" is for politicians to quit trying to micromanage my life, right down to what size soda I choose.

So you require a politician to choose what size soda you can be allowed to purchase? Go ahead and vote for the wannabe dictator. I actually favor a bit of freedom. Are you saying if you are allowed to choose your own soda pop, you will get fat?

Below is an article on the economic costs of obesity to the US Economy.

    https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/obesity-prevention-source/obesity-consequences/economic/

Like the public costs of smoking, alcohol and presumably (now it is legal in many States) marijuana overindulgence/obesity by individuals imposes huge public costs on the US as a whole. You want to drink, smoke and eat to excess? Go ahead that's your choice, just don't pretend your not imposing a burden on the rest of your country by doing so. The US Justice and Health systems are literally clogged with people who have made bad health decisions that the US tax payer then gets the 'privilege' of cleaning up.

You already consent to the your 'dictatorial' government regulating what additives producers can put in your food, how they grown it and what has to be declared on the labels - those bastards how dare they impose standards hard working citizen capitalists!

For example why should the Government impose regulations that stop producers from adding melamine to milk and baby formula? Its totalitarianism that's what it is! Yes, some babies will die but that is the cost of freedom!

    OK - farcical diatribe over.

Fatback, knowingly or not you have already acquiesced to a raft of health and safety measures that impose standards on what you eat, drink, wear and breath. Reducing the size of standard drinks won't prevent the morbidly obese and sugar addicted from consuming more soft drinks but it will potentially help, by forcing them at least to buy/open more cans/bottles. Do the research yourself and see what the costs are. Then decide if reducing serves might not be a good idea.

Is that really the best response you can muster? At the end of the day all that waste is recyclable, if people bothered to try. Best outcome? They consume less and produce less waste.

A better response is that what you are saying is by and large we humans do not hold the proper level of self responsibility to be able to regulate our own lives. Perhaps we are better suited to servitude than freedom.

Well, 'mud, let's take a look at how you "humans" have been doing over the last couple decades with weight management...

    https://time.com/5751551/us-obesity-by-state/

Face it, too many "humans" really STINK at managing their weight, and it's hurting the country in a variety of ways...

There are no 'open borders' people at all.

If anyone wants that, it would be corporatists looking for cheap labor.

Thank you. That's the point. Those of religion claim we are children of the gods. More likely we are the rejects.

Regardless of whether or not I need a big gulp or an AK47, why should I be prohibited from having access to either?

Only the 44 oz. big gulp will do during the dog days. But I decide how and when I calibrate my soft drink patronage level.

F anybody that tells me how much soda to drink.

F anybody that votes for someone who tells me how much soda to drink.

That's being said I drink maybe 2-3 cans a week. But it is none of the govt business what I drink. Unless they are responsibel for my health care....on wait I see a connection developing.

So glad Bernie won NV, Trump gets closer to reelection every day.
