In Trumps instance, I am sure that the affadavit regarding any FISA warrants will be or really already have been gone over with a fine toothed comb. My guess is that all of those who wrote those affadavits acted properly, legally and in the best interest of our country. I believe they will be exonerated by the IG and FBI Director. This is a case of a possible US President who has had close ties to Russian gangsters. His campaign manager also has close ties to Russian criminals and military intel personnel, I believe that our guys acted properly in keeping a close watch on these guys. Doing that, unlike many of the provisions in the PATRIOT actually does have huge national security implications. See what I mean now?

Illegals shouldn't be reviewing welfare. So tighten up all work requirements. Require e-verify for every employer and employee. Increase punishments on employers who use illegals. Make it impossible to live and work.

And able bodied Americans shouldn't be refusing those jobs and opting for welfare instead. And yes we need to improve the E-Verify system, make sure it is accessible and accurate, but if the prospective employee gives you a legitimate SS# what is E-Verify going to do. Secure government issued picture ID's would do a better screening job.

And again, if you are going to arrest people who hire illegals then sanctuary cities cannot exist and we MUST increase border security. Else we will have THOUSANDS in this country who cannot be employed, have no means to provide for themselves and don't begin to try and convince me the left will say "oh well you got yourself in this position we will not feed and cloth or provide housing and medical for you, in fact get out of the country". No we, the taxpayer will end up having to provide for them. I have been all for going after the employers. I have been an manager who checked the documents of people I was hiring. I could tell you stories.

But we are facing an ENTIRELY different ball games, we have HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of illegals in this country now. Unless you are willing for MASS deportation then somehow these people have to be able to provide for themselves. What is the answer?

Yes the sanctuary cities are a joke and beg the question if employers can be charged with a crime for knowingly harboring an illegal alien why not a government official.

But we are passed the point here of make them all unhireable. Who is to provide for them? We now have hundreds of thousands here because of the enforcement problems and immigrations laws. Either we start a MASS deportation under the strictest terms and fact the liberal outrage over the "inhumanity" or we certainly don't arrest people willing to hire them if we are going to let them stay here.

 

Legal aliens in this country are required BY LAW to at ALL TIMES have their proper identification and visa papers or green cared on them. And if a law enforcement officer has reasonable suspicion you may be involved in a criminal act or suspected of one can ask you to provide identification and if you refuse detain you and take you into custody until your identification can be confirmed. That's why it is a good idea to identify yourself to a law enforcement officer if they ask you to do so.

 

Oh just pay them more than their labor is worth. Just charge you more for you chicken, yea just charge you more. And yes we need to reform welfare and the work requirements for able bodied people. The Obama administration eased those rules, if the Democrats take the WH and the Senate they will further ease those rules and increase benefits.

 

Cut off the supply of illegals and let wages go where they have to and should already be.
