9th circuit idiot tells Idaho governor that his state must pay for a convicted sex offenders sex change operation and that not paying for it is cruel and unusual punishment.. The idaho governor needs to tell the 9th hell no. In fact the 9th is so out there that Trump should unilaterally disband it. They clearly are legislating from the bench and are coming up with off the wall rulings like this.
Think of it this way... You don't have a problem with castrating a rapist. Well, in this case they're just going to turn the rapist's penis inside out instead. And yes, that is what he/she wants, but it's still an awful thing. It's very likely he/she will commit suicide years down the line after he/she realized what a terrible mistake they made. And no, maybe it will not prevent them from raping, he/she will probably still go around molesting people with his/her fancy new vagina.
