Harris. The directive had "Biden-Harris Administration" in bold face. It is reported that every cabinet member's website is using this terminology. And so it begins, 100MPH right out of the starting gate. The candidate that couldn't even get going in the primaries, already an unofficial president handling most foreign affairs, is fast becoming the official president as soon as the Democrat powers that be figure out how to get it done.
So, I looked at the websites for 7 cabinet members, the terminology is found on one of them. Seems you were lied to and they knew you would be too lazy to confirm.
I don’t think this is anything nefarious but rather a political play, name recognition is a huge element in politics and it worked well with the Obama-Biden administration. Biden went from a twice failed presidential candidate to handily beating the most popular cult leader Republican in recent memory. Biden has said he will only serve one term so if — at the end of his four years — the economy is going well and nothing crazy is happening she will likely easily replace him. I just don’t think Democrats are going to allow her to replace him prior to that time where the Republicans will likely be able to choose her VP (costing them the tiebreaker in the senate).
Well it never said “Trump- Pence Administration” because ego boy would never let that happen. It’s odd for you to see someone who actually thinks outside of themselves, and actually thinks of others, and trusts that they can do their job? But seriously, is this all you have ? That the administration uses “Biden-Harris administration” as their tag line ?
And Trump didn't need a memo. He had all of his cabinet members gather for a live meeting where they took turns praising Dear Leader in the most demeaning manner. Nuf said.

Let's be honest. China Joe is going senile before our eyes and isn't running anything. We might as well elevate her now, for the sake of the nation and just make her President Harris.
It's called "preconditioning". Harris taking over for a clearly-senile Joe Biden is an inevitability, and they need to pre-sell the previously-rejected candidate that was Kamala Harris as hard as they possibly can in order to make the coming transition as palatable as possible. Kamala's short-lived and disastrous presidential bid amply demonstrated that not even Democrat voters wanted any part of her, and she had dismally-little support even in her own home state. They need to do every bit of marketing and branding they can in an effort to sell a product that nobody wants.
What does the White House staff know that we don't? Why is she the one conducting foreign policy, is in charge of almost EVERY policy and is seen directing Biden around?
Ha! I was in the Navy way back in the early jurassic (mid-1980s) stationed in San Diego, and Corona was considered Tijuana donkey urine that only bums drank, because it was like a quarter a bottle. Fast forward about 5 years, and some marketing genius stuck a lime in the neck of a Corona bottle, and suddenly Americans from coast to coast were clamoring to pay two bucks a bottle for the swill. If that marketing whiz is still alive, they should hire him to stick a lime wedge in the warm and skunky beer that is Kamala, and sell her to the rubes.
I read a while back that in blind taste test Corona always comes in last, even behind the really cheap nasty beers!
We are progressing down a rabbit hole, but there was no such thing as a Obama-Biden administration in 2020.
