Identifying the science/tech ladies of the Robocop trilogy

For a long time, I thought that there was one character who appeared in all three Robocop movies and just wasn't mentioned by name until the third one.

I just found out that she's apparently a different character in each movie. The one in the first movie is supposedly named "Tyler" and played by Sage Parker, and while the credits do attach these two names to each other, I can't find anything to confirm that this is, in fact, the character that I'm thinking of. The one in the second movie is a mystery. The third is explicitly identified on-screen as Dr. Lazarus, who is credited as Jill Hennessy.

So my question is... who the hell are the women from the first two movies?

 

Curiously, Murphy's widow is played by the same actress in all three movies.
