Why do young people of all colors migrate to rap, soul and other black-originated music? How is it that we had a black president for 8 years, and will have another in 2021? That black Americans created one of the greatest of all art forms, jazz? That many of the greatest American minds have resided in the bodies and experience of black folk? Why have so many black people been lynched? Why is it never the other way around? Can anyone explain this phenomenon to me please?

And white women flock to black men. (Well, many of them, especially those with a little extra meat on their bones)
My husband is Director of Engineering making a doctors salary. He's successful and black and so am I. Most black men marry black women. I think interracial marriage is a good thing, though. Hopefully, it will lead to less racism. These threads about blacks and whites being good or bad are silly.
Why do the Irish have a reputation of being drunks? Why do Jews have a reputation of making money? Why do Italians have a reputation of being great singers? Why do the Dutch have a reputation for being tight with a buck? Why do Blacks have a reputation for committing crimes?
People in the entertainment industry making big money promoting that stigma. Why do people help enrich the very people that stigmatize them?

It would be easy to list questions as you have that took exactly the opposite tack. That would serve no more purpose than yours. First- no race has a lock on talent or potential. But, culture and the values they hold themselves to has a strong influence on their ability to use it. Cultural characteristics tend to vary between races, and at times, the popularity of them change- rise or fall. So- get the racial crap off the table. Race bait, pro or con, IS race bait. How is it we had a black president? It's because a lot of people liked him. I'm an old white guy and I voted for him, and later find I helped elect a fraud. But part of the vote was white people determined not to allow the remnants of racism to be an influence. We all make mistakes, often with good intent. I believe history will recognize Obama as being the first black president- and nothing more. The fact Obama got elected is a clear sign that racism in America no longer has enough power to limit any race. Why do we have highways,parks, and statues celebrating MLK- when we now know that he plagiarized his doctoral thesis, stole his famous Dream speech from another minister, used drugs, threw wild sex parties and beat up the whores he bought? Why is there no outcry to wipe that honoring of such a man from the face of the nation, when it is so important that we tear down statues of Robert E Lee? Because we adjust our values- not wisely, but politically. The MLK Library now acknowledges that these things are true. The FBI knew about the real MLK before he was assassinated, and politicians kept it quiet in order to leave a black hero intact for black people. Even a fake one, because he mirrored good ideals, even though he didn't live by them. The reasons why such things happen have much more to do with manipulation, with fad, with fakery- than with fact we can see. Fact is that you are what you make yourself to be- and even if you sell an image of righteousness to the public, who you really are doesn't change. That applies to everybody and every race. Of course, what you are- good or bad- becomes credit or discredit to the image of your race, and that too applies to all of us. It behooves all of us to be honorable, respectable men.
You voted for Obama? I didn't even vote for Obama; empty suit & all that. But still, 5th best prez ever. (Which says less about how great he is & more about how screwed up our country & political system are.) And MLK! Wild sex parties? Beatin' up whores while bangin' down doors?? He wuz tha OG???
Who said blacks are so bad? For that matter who says whites are so bad. Average Americans have friends of all races.
Because young people of today have poor attention span and high time preferences. They only want a fast beat and a memorable chours. Obama is biracial. Yes, it is group-think like this that causes hate.
