"Mr. President, we have you and your family ready for state criminal charges that will keep you locked up for the rest of your life, your kids in prison for several years and because you're already identified as a flight risk you and your family will be arrested and transferred to a NY state prison with no bail. The offer is that you and your family will go silent. No speeches, no tweets, no OP pieces no political activity of any sort until Jan 21, 2024. If you agree and you cooperate you and your family will be granted full pardons at the federal and state levels."

Personally, I say just put the criminal where he belongs. Let him rot. You can't tweet from a super-max.

Trump is announcing that he will try to disrupt Biden on day 1 vehemently and violently. And you applaud and say "payback!!!"

Real actual crimes committed by Trump, his family, and his cronies.
Not federal crimes mind you
State crimes
But crimes for which the feds will transport once he's charged.

There are no legitimate state charges, just political revenge prosecutions to punish him for becoming President and engaging in certain policies while he was President. The public will see it for the witch hunt kangaroo court show trials that they are and not tolerate it. And Florida will likely throw every possible legal hurdle at New York to protect its citizen from being abused by another state.
